Helps them stay connected to their child throughout the day. They love seeing their child’s photos and videos. Pros They keep adding new features. The app looks much better now and they also keep sending helpful blogs and resources. We loved what we were able to share with our clients and how easily we were able to improve communication. Especially during covid times! Win win!! 😊 Pros I like this app, it's easy to use. I like being able to send photos to parents with a click of a button. Sending multiple messages to parents is great too. Cons Improvement could be made to the invoice feature, I find it a little confusing. Pros The feature that makes fall deep in love with the software is the milestone tracking, it is very convenient for people who need motivation to keep on pushing. Cons What i liked least is that sometimes it just acts weird, i think it should be checked and fixed almost every week because i think it gets some "Bug" problems and needs a fix.
