Een prima tool om de dagelijkse online marketingcommunicatie in te richten.

Pros

Met OBI4Wan is het mogelijk om binnen één softwareprogramma alle kanalen op social media te beheren. Er is een handige tool om alles overzichtelijk in te plannen.

Cons

Als een bericht niet gepubliceerd is vanwege een publicatiefout is niet goed inzichtelijk waar dit aan ligt. We hebben een periode gehad waarbinnen dit steeds gebeurde. We kregen geen duidelijke antwoorden van de supportafdeling waar dit aan lag. Vanuit de contentbibliotheek worden berichten niet altijd goed doorgeplaatst. Jammer dat het niet mogelijk is om mensen of organisaties te taggen vanuit deze aplicatie.

Pros

De gebruikers vriendelijkheid staat bovenaan als voordeel. Het is een eenvoudig programma wat zichzelf laat leiden.

Cons

In de statistieken kan je geen rapportage draaien op dit moment

Aan de ene kant gemakkelijk te gebruiken, aan de andere kant frustrerend wegens vorige comment in verband met loskoppelende accounts.

Pros

Inplannen van content en het verspreiden ervan over verschillende platformen.Opgeslagen contentbibliotheek.Online monitoren van vermeldingen online.

Cons

De accounts (vb. LinkedIn bedrijfspagina) waar Engage aan is verbonden worden sporadisch (en best vaak) losgekoppeld. We moeten steeds nakijken of onze ingeplande content effectief online is verschenen. Meerdere malen customer support proberen bereiken om dit probleem meteen op te lossen maar de dienst was nooit/zelden bereikbaar.

\- In één overzicht alle kanalen waarover goede rapportages te maken zijn. - Als je hulp nodig hebt met het systeem krijg je snel antwoord.

Cons

Wanneer je met meerdere personen op één account werkt kan je dit niet goed terug zien in de rapportages.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Obi4Wan and I like all the options that are possible with the prodcut!

Pros

The product was very easy to use and explain to new team members. Besides this, it's also eay adding clients to streams in the environment. Further, it's possible to add a lot of 'search words', to pinpoint exactly what you want to find or see in the streams

Cons

Sometimes, when there are hundreds of messages coming in, the product can become a bit slower, as if its not able to handle all these messages. Further, I found it a shame that the 'save' option now only is possible when you go the 'completed messages' stream, whereas first is was possible immediately.

It is easy to use and provides you with a good overview of all the incoming messages.

Cons

When you want to save a message for later, this is a bit difficult when you already replied. You need to reply first, then you need to go to replies and then you can save the message.

Met OBI Engage kunnen we gemakkelijk alle berichten van alle soorten social media kanalen monitoren en afhandelen. Het is een overzichtelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke webcare tool.

Pros

OBI Engage is voor ons als social media agency onmisbaar voor het managen van de webcare voor een groot deel van onze klanten. Het grootste voordeel: de vele rapportagemogelijkheden. Hiermee kun je heel gericht rapporteren en monitoren op alle belangrijke KPI's voor je merk(en).

Cons

De zoekfunctie binnen de stream schiet soms te kort. Zoeken op auteurs of bepaalde zoekwoorden werkt nog niet optimaal. Verder zie ik geen nadelen maar alleen voordelen.
