Pros Het contact met Pluvo was vanaf het begin heel goed: persoonlijk en betrokken. Henny begreep wat we wilden en waar we behoefte aan hadden en na 2 jaar zijn we er nog steeds heel blij mee! Als er iets is, worden we snel en goed geholpen. Helemaal super dus: het contact, het platform en de samenwerking! Cons Het is een klein team dat ontwikkeld, dus nieuwe features komen niet heel snel. De basis leerlijnen die we hebben ontwikkeld geven startende coaches bij Stap Nu de mogelijkheid om in korte tijd wegwijs te raken. Hierdoor blijft er meer tijd over om in het fysieke contact aandacht te besteden aan de ervaringen die ze in de praktijk opdoen. We zijn in die zin nog maar net gestart, maar hebben zowel intern als extern voldoende mogelijkheden om onze diensten op Pluvo verder uit te bouwen. Pros Het is niet moeilijk om met Pluvo te starten. Het programma is gebruiksvriendelijk en kom je er niet uit, dan word je snel geholpen. Ze hebben een persoonlijke benadering en denken echt met je mee. Ik vind het ook heel fijn dat Pluvo goed leesbaar is op een mobiele telefoon. Cons Natuurlijk loop je soms tegen zaken aan die niet mogelijk zijn. Maar ze staan open voor de wensen die je hebt en waar mogelijk wordt dit meegenomen in de verbeterslagen die Pluvo maakt. Reasons for choosing Pluvo Uit de reviews bleek dat de helpdesk van Pluvo goed functioneert en dat de samenwerking prettig is. Dit vind ik een belangrijk aandachtspunt. Ook het feit dat ze zo actief zijn in de overdracht van kennis en ervaring over e-learning in het algemeen (Learning Innovators) vind ik een belangrijke pré. Cons Sommige eenheden zijn wat lastiger te vinden. Gebruikers op inactief zetten bijvoorbeeld. Ook is het jammer dat je de standaard mail steeds moet aanpassen en dan pas kunt versturen.
