Pros

Het contact met Pluvo is super. Het contact is persoonlijk en er wordt altijd pro actief mee gedacht. Via de chat functie is altijd snel iemand beschikbaar die je verder kan helpen bij kleine vragen.Ook is het top dat Pluvo blijft innoveren en met regelmaat weer nieuwe opties en functies biedt.

Cons

Het zou voor ons een uitkomst zijn als we gesplitste facturen zouden kunnen krijgen van Budgetvaardig professionals en Budgetvaardig vrijwilligers. Dit is nu niet mogelijk.

Er werken fijne mensen bij Pluvo die altijd bereid zijn te helpen en mee te denken. Pluvo heeft een mooi en toegankelijk product!

Pros

Mooie en toegankelijke manier om e-learnings te maken!

Cons

Ik vind het maken van verschillende vragen wat ingewikkeld in te bouwen. Het zou ook leuk zijn als dit nog wat uitgebreider zou zijn.

Pluvo zorgt ervoor dat we als mkb organisatie toch een mooi en toegankelijk leerplatform hebben kunnen neerzetten.

Pros

Het contact met Pluvo was vanaf het begin heel goed: persoonlijk en betrokken. Henny begreep wat we wilden en waar we behoefte aan hadden en na 2 jaar zijn we er nog steeds heel blij mee! Als er iets is, worden we snel en goed geholpen. Helemaal super dus: het contact, het platform en de samenwerking!

Cons

Het is een klein team dat ontwikkeld, dus nieuwe features komen niet heel snel.

Reasons for choosing Pluvo

Het contact met Pluvo was vanaf het begin heel prettig. Hun platform sluit goed aan bij waar we behoefte aan hadden: een laagdrempelig leerplatform waarin we zelf trainingen kunnen maken en een aantal statistieken kunnen bijhouden. Nu na bijna 2 jaar nog steeds heel blij met onze keuze voor Pluvo!

Wij hebben Pluvo het eerste jaar ingezet voor onze eigen coaches. De basis leerlijnen die we hebben ontwikkeld geven startende coaches bij Stap Nu de mogelijkheid om in korte tijd wegwijs te raken. Hierdoor blijft er meer tijd over om in het fysieke contact aandacht te besteden aan de ervaringen die ze in de praktijk opdoen. We zijn in die zin nog maar net gestart, maar hebben zowel intern als extern voldoende mogelijkheden om onze diensten op Pluvo verder uit te bouwen.

Pros

Het is niet moeilijk om met Pluvo te starten. Het programma is gebruiksvriendelijk en kom je er niet uit, dan word je snel geholpen. Ze hebben een persoonlijke benadering en denken echt met je mee. Ik vind het ook heel fijn dat Pluvo goed leesbaar is op een mobiele telefoon.

Cons

Natuurlijk loop je soms tegen zaken aan die niet mogelijk zijn. Maar ze staan open voor de wensen die je hebt en waar mogelijk wordt dit meegenomen in de verbeterslagen die Pluvo maakt.

Reasons for choosing Pluvo

Uit de reviews bleek dat de helpdesk van Pluvo goed functioneert en dat de samenwerking prettig is. Dit vind ik een belangrijk aandachtspunt. Ook het feit dat ze zo actief zijn in de overdracht van kennis en ervaring over e-learning in het algemeen (Learning Innovators) vind ik een belangrijke pré.

Met behulp van deze software is een mooie academie te creëren die mooi past bij de huisstijl van het bedrijf. Kom je er niet uit? De klantenservice reageert altijd snel en correct.

Pros

De simpelheid van het platform, het goede overzicht in rapportages en de snelheid van de service/helpdesk.

Cons

Eigenlijk heb ik in het afgelopen jaar geen negatieve punten gevonden binnen Pluvo. We hebben ons van te voren goed verdiept in de mogelijkheden. Aan de hand van die mogelijkheden kunnen wij alles doen wat we willen.

Reasons for choosing Pluvo

Duidelijke demo waarbij bleek dat het makkelijk en goed inzetbaar was voor onze doeleinden. Dit is ook zeker het geval.

Zeer positief!

Pros

Pluvo is gemakkelijk te gebruiken en als je er niet uit komt dan kan je je vraag direct kwijt bij de klantenservice op de website. Ik ervaar Pluvo als zeer klantvriendelijk.

Cons

Sommige eenheden zijn wat lastiger te vinden. Gebruikers op inactief zetten bijvoorbeeld. Ook is het jammer dat je de standaard mail steeds moet aanpassen en dan pas kunt versturen.

Wij bieden onze e-learning aan via pluvo, dat werkt prettig en gemakkelijk.

Pros

contentmanagement is erg prettigbijv toevoegen van verschillende media en schuiven met pagina's en modulesheel goede service, denken altijd mee en staan open voor vernieuwing

het is gemakkelijk in gebruik, intuïtief.

Pros

Het maken en aanpassen van de leerlijnen en modules zijn zeer gemakkelijk - als ontwikkelaar heb je in een mum van tijd een e-learning opgezet. Ook de technische ondersteuning bij LTI zijn optimaal.

Cons

wij verkopen e-learnings door aan derde partijen . Pluto ondersteunt nog niet voldoende om het facturering proces hiervan te optimaliseren
