You can slow down the speed. It’s usually easy to follow for the students. Cons It’s sometimes lagging a bit when slowing down the speed. The selection of songs. I love the ability to modify settings to include or remove parts, rhythms, instruments, etc. I have used this in my classes so far this year as a tool for sight reading multiple parts at one time. The students LOVE that they use current songs and that they get to learn more about reading from a whole score, rather than just seeing their part. I love the tempo fluctuation, the ability to scroll, and the feature of the QR code for easy access! Cons MY district has not allowed for a subscription of this service yet, so that's my only con! Not willing to start over. Pros The student tracking is helpful for sure, but I already have other ways of doing this that are frankly, free. Cons I wish there was a better pricing option. Choir director Music Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Kids really liked it" June 15, 2020 5.0 Pros My students had to work on music at home due to COVID-19. I assigned them music from two different websites and Solfe.io was the program they enjoyed the most. It was much easier to use and had fun music. Cons I think it would be great if the songs that have harmony have the part notated so students can sing duets. Also, maybe a way they could record themselves. I also appreciate how, as a company, they are constantly looking to improve and add more features. Cons I don't have any huge cons to mention.
