"Such an amazing tool for our students!"
Pros: The Solfeg.io system is incredible! I love the ability to modify settings to include or remove parts, rhythms, instruments, etc. I have used this in my classes so far this year as a tool for sight reading multiple parts at one time. The students LOVE that they use current songs and that they get to learn more about reading from a whole score, rather than just seeing their part. I love the tempo fluctuation, the ability to scroll, and the feature of the QR code for easy access!
Cons: MY district has not allowed for a subscription of this service yet, so that's my only con! This is an amazing educational tool!

"Kids really liked it"
Pros: My students had to work on music at home due to COVID-19. I assigned them music from two different websites and Solfe.io was the program they enjoyed the most. It was much easier to use and had fun music.
Cons: I think it would be great if the songs that have harmony have the part notated so students can sing duets. Also, maybe a way they could record themselves.

"Give it a try!"
Overall: Mostly positive, except that my school has no budget for additional software, so I am limited to the free songs.
Pros: Ease of use. I prefer to not be told how many characters to use - that's bogus.
Cons: Loading time Use screen was confusing and busy for students

"A solid product for what it is"
Pros: The relevance of the music. Students appreciated it! I also appreciate how, as a company, they are constantly looking to improve and add more features.
Cons: I don't have any huge cons to mention. It hasn't quite lined up with my classroom needs once we returned from virtual school, so I have not used it much since.

"Not bad, but I don't have a need for it"
Overall: It was ok, but when you have multiple classes, and a large quantity of students, it makes it harder to justify when I already things in place. Not willing to start over.
Pros: The student tracking is helpful for sure, but I already have other ways of doing this that are frankly, free.
Cons: I wish there was a better pricing option.
