Easy and efficient for our company. When we do call customer service, they are quick to assist us.

Pros

The dashboard is user friendly and allows you set up your business the way that you would like, without having to call every time you need to make a change. It is easy to add new users, update the call queues, and make any necessary changes to voicemail recordings, auto attendants, answering rules, etc. It is also a positive that there is a mobile app! Our sales team love this.

Cons

I do not have any complaints regarding CallRevu

When the tool was demo'ed and sold to our team, we came away with the impression we could not have certain people recorded including myself. That is not the case, and that why we now have no recording and eliminated the real purpose of the tool. I did sign a contract and will continue to pay monthly because no offer to let me out has come forward until the end of the term. Be careful !!

Pros

The analytics piece of the program is very good.

Cons

I cannot designate specific users who are recorded. It is tied to phone lines. In our store all phone calls were being recorded. Not good for us....
