“Realty Juggler lets you manage all your contacts without missing an opportunity with their easy to use software ”

Pros1.user friendly software 2.customer support always available and addresses all your concerns within the day through phone call and sending samples in your email 3. Libraries of template- almost complete giving all subjects to send t o prospects and buyers, new contacts, templates are good 4. website is fast compared to other softwares 5. lets you categorized each client 6. automatic insert date on notes upon pressing call button beside the number, pressing that button lets you use phone app you have installed 7. you can also create and save your customized template and be made available in the selection when you email a client 8. files/contacts can be imported and exported easily 9. Prospects tab- you can choose which category and all prospects on that category will appear
ConsFor auto tasks, when you click tasks all tasks come up but you wont be able to see per category. This is our only main problem since two of us handles the tasks but we do not know from the list what's is mine and what is hers not unless we open the task.

“Quip Review”

OverallPowerful tool that has improved significantly from earlier versions
ProsQuip has loads of great features and is designed for extensive collaboration. There are many tools available that would be useful for project management on small teams. I was able to use this for working with subject matter experts in online course design, and found the ability to assign tasks to others and keep a running schedule (not to mention the ease of creating actual spreadsheets or text pages on the fly) incredibly valuable.
ConsThe vast variety of features would likely create some obstacles for tech-challenged users. Commenting on specific components is somewhat limited compared to other collaborative tools, although still useful.

“Total Send as a marketing tool”

Proscontacts are secured. exported files will be sent to email and link has a validity grouping of contacts and statistics available per group templates available for newsletters
Consuploading of contacts, maximum number of contacts p er upload in exporting of files, no direction on highlighting each column to export, if not selected (shift then select) exported file will have no details searching for a particular contact takes time slow website
