September 3, 2019 5.0 Everyone at Vestwell is very responsive and helpful, and the platform has worked perfectly with no snags! Pros I like that the website is very easy to use, and Vestwell has partnered with Chick-fil-A to make the two platforms very compatible which is wonderful! Cons It can be difficult to find exactly what the eligibility requirements and different charges are and stuff like that without looking through a lengthy document - it would be nice to have a section explaining those types of things in a brief, simple format Review Source TC Theresa C. Pros I feel that its very user friendly and easy to use. Finding your portfolio is a snap and I think its cool that there is webinars on the software to give you a better understanding of how to use vestwell. However, their partnership with Namely makes information transfer very slow between the Namely user and their account with Vestwell. It makes setting your % contribution very easy to change. Cons I wish there were more data visuals on my portfolio's performance over time - contributions, etc. I'd like to be able to learn more about how my 401K is performing when I log in.
