Frankly, I wouldn't trade it for any other. Pros It has all functions a translator may need: built-in glossary (no need to open another page), TM and AI suggestions (if needed), QA. All of these functions are right there to use and I never had to waste time learning how it works. Cons I really enjoy working on Bureau Works. I can't find anythig that I don't like. It's incredible how easy to use the software is (could recommend for beginners as well). They have been very transparent with all of the projects and in the very few inconveniences I've gotten an answer within the same day - usually within a very reasonable time. The project managers are very supportive and friendly, software works like a charm and workflow is steady. What else could anybody ask? Pros The software - It is top notch. I've been using it for four years now and am yet to encounter a major bug or error. Transparency - You get to see very detailed information about the project you are about to accept. Word count, some example segments, TM matches and of course the payment details! Project management - Everything is very well organized and payments are on time.
