Frankly, I wouldn't trade it for any other. Pros It has all functions a translator may need: built-in glossary (no need to open another page), TM and AI suggestions (if needed), QA. All of these functions are right there to use and I never had to waste time learning how it works. Cons I really enjoy working on Bureau Works. I can't find anythig that I don't like. It's incredible how easy to use the software is (could recommend for beginners as well). They have been very transparent with all of the projects and in the very few inconveniences I've gotten an answer within the same day - usually within a very reasonable time. The project managers are very supportive and friendly, software works like a charm and workflow is steady. What else could anybody ask? Pros The software - It is top notch. I've been using it for four years now and am yet to encounter a major bug or error. Transparency - You get to see very detailed information about the project you are about to accept. Word count, some example segments, TM matches and of course the payment details! Project management - Everything is very well organized and payments are on time. Instructions are very detailed regarding new projects and in case of queries they are there to help you out! Cons There's not really much to dislike. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, even from the first time you use it, and offers numerous aids and suggestions for translators, such as automatic translations of segments, translations supported by translation memory and context-related artificial intelligence translation suggestions. The quality review tool is very effective, as it can detect any quality flaws in the translated segment, such as double whitespace, missing tags and misspellings. The automatic tag addition feature saves a lot of time and effort for the translator when there are segments with many tags, as you only need to click on an option to fill the segment with the tags that match the source segment. I find the design to be very thorough, methodical and precise; nothing seems to have been left to chance. All with the goal of achieving the highest possible translation quality, and, in my opinion, they have far exceeded that. With regular improvements, it becomes an excellent tool. Congratulations to Bureauworks for the great work. Pros The automatic tag addition feature saves a lot of time and effort for the translator when there are segments with many tags, as you only need to click on an option to fill the segment with the tags that match the source segment. Cons The only situation that sometimes is not timely, is when it does not load the source document, but I think it will be solved in the constant updates and improvements of the software.
