Pros

This tool helps retailers create a more personalized shopping experience for customers, driving sales and increasing customer lifetime value, provides valuable data-driven insights that help retailers better understand customer needs and preferences. Customers and Offers Employee Engagement The sales floor empowers employees and promotes employee engagement, improving performance and job satisfaction.

Cons

I disagree mainly on the Cost, the sales floor can be expensive for smaller retailers, but the investment can be worth it for retailers with a significant physical presence. In addition, training can be a challenge to bring all Ventyas associates up to date on how to use the platform safely.
