### "One social messaging platform to rule them all"

Overall not a bad solution if you're looking for a straight forward social inbox solution.

Pros

I like the ability to consolidate messaging and community engagement in a simple dashboard.

Cons

The development is somewhat slow and their messaging features are lackluster but it gets the work done.

### "My social media support tool"

I work on multiple projects. They all have their own social media profiles, so I must switch from one to one to answer my visitors. Juphy centralizes them all in one, clean and intuitive interface. The tags and the automation rules are helpful.

Pros

Juphy offers me the possibility to centralize all my social media messages in a clean and intuitive interface.

Cons

I don't find a way to export report on PDF format or by email. The answer box permits only text and emoticons.

Pros

Juphy is a unified inbox software-as-a-service that is easy to use, provides a lot of useful features and covers the most well known social channels. The UI is clean and it quickly shows me what messages I need to respond to. It saves me a lot of time by bringing all the information I need into one platform, and helps me make sure but I don't miss anything important. As a lone operator I'm primarily using Juphy to respond to messages from many brands in a central location, and don't use a lot of the extras that the platform includes like canned responses and reports. For teams I can see that these would be very valuable additions.

Cons

Some of the administration settings aren't easy to find and require a message to the Juphy support. However, I must say that support has answered within hours on the occasional times I have had to contact them.

I love Juphy, I’ve searched for a tool like this for years!

Pros

I love that I can view and manage all comments and messages from all of my social channels including app stores.

Cons

There is a known issue where scheduled comments with social post, import to Juphy as a general comment. This is a big that’s in this teams radar. The issue is that, if you schedule bull social post, your support channels get filled up with comments that you scheduled and need to manually need to get marked as archive. This is a very small concern that still makes Juphy a must use tool!

As a support team member of a comlicated SaaS product, we get lots of support tickets from our customers. Prioritization is key for us. Juphy helped us settle an efficient customer support process and the team is working hard to make Juphy better every day.

Pros

Juphy is easy to use and integrate. After 30 minutes of signing up, it became the key of our communication center with our customers!

Cons

After changing status to a ticket to "solved", it'd be awesome if the page is auto refreshed. This feature is in their public roadmap so I have nothing to worry about.

I was looking for a way to stay in touch with my clients and prospects on multiple social media sites and I found this. Juphy is a social media management software that allows you to manage posts and content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube

Pros

It gives you the tools you need to stay organized, by centralizing all your messages in one place. You can also set up alerts to monitor your campaigns, track engagement rates, and monitor your ROI. It's easy to set up and very affordable. They have also open roadmap, it's great!

Cons

I didn't realize any obstacle yet, it's going well so far.

Pros

With Juphy you can reply to customer messages and comments from multiple places in one unified inbox. This includes: Facebook and Instagram comments and messages, Twitter mentions, messages and you can select keywords to monitor, so you can see what people are saying about your brand or a certain topic etc and reply/make conversation etc. These are what I have used it for, but you can also link YouTube, AppStore, Linkedin, Google My Business and WhatsApp Business.The inbox is filterable by channel, dates, tags.Speaking of tags, automations can be set so messages with certain keywords or from certain channels can be assigned tags/priority.It's also possible to create separate workspaces for different clients/brands.

Cons

There was an iOS app in TestFlight but it looks like it may have been abandoned as this was months ago.

Mostly hands off, which is what I like.

Pros

Very easy to set up. Consolidates client reviews and comments from Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. into one place. Easy Slack integration for convenient notification when a new review or comment is posted.

Cons

I have not found a way to respond to comments/reviews.

I really like Juphy because they are listening to their users!

Pros

Juphy is a really great tool to get all your communication channels together. I save so much time in my daily business, because of this one tool that bring all my channels together.

Cons

For Instagram, I believe that Juphy needs a few more implementations. For example, it is not possible to like comments on Instagram.
