It is certainly a tool that facilitated the company's processes. Pros It was very easy for us to integrate into other systems. Excellent functionality for data transformation. Agile and effective support team. The interface is very simple and can be run with simple clicks. Reports are simple but complete. It also solved various challenges created by each of the systems we use and saved us countless hours of time. With its easy-to-use interface, even non-technical users can easily navigate the application without difficulty. I would also say that their support team stands out as being very cooperative and responsive, which was extremely valuable when we initially encountered some challenges and minor bugs while setting up the application. Their ability to transform data and effectively monitor/track integrations with graphical representations provides us with highly functional workflows. Minor issues, occasional bugs, and minor difficulty tracking down during initial setup did arise, but were quickly handled by their support team. Overall, this is a highly effective and dependable integration solution with great opportunities for continued development enhancement. Pros The ease of using ZigiOps tool offers simple connections to other solutions, a high level of transformation capability, and a simple, user-friendly interface, giving you time savings with increased productivity through these integrations. The customer support team is very cooperative and quick to respond. Cons There may be some trials and tribulations upon initial installation, but don’t give you too much heartache because these issues can be overcome over time through continued support from the vendor. Also, some minor bugs or issues will occur during data export formatting, so don’t be surprised if you encounter one now and then. Additionally, there are definitely opportunities for enhancement of specific capabilities/functionality. Pros It is very easy to use and understand, how to connect to the source and target tools, how to transform the data, configuration of the use cases, moreover, the support is always there, with the right knowledge to solve and help with any product or use cases issues Cons I am using the on-premisses software, when I used it, this was the only option, although there is no need to a very strong machine, I would prefer to have the option for a SaaS implementation as well. Pros By far my favorite part of utilizing the software is the responsiveness of the support. We are not familiar with these types of tools and the ZigiOps support team is top notch. Cons There are still some room for enhancement and we have run into some bugs. But the support team was sure to respond quickly when issues arose. July 1, 2019 5.0 In a process of looking for fast and easy integration between ServiceNow and Jira, we found out ZigiOps as the most advanced, flexible and scalable integration product which can integrate those systems. Basically together with their team, we have integrated ServiceNow and Jira in a matter of a couple of minutes. Pros Very easy setup, great flexibility, and great customer support. We reached out to Zigiops for help and they we were able to demonstrate how quickly the integration can be done.We were super impressed with the integration features which were there(graphical way to track the source and target system data transformation).
