I just need to hit the refresh button in excel and all the reports will get updated by itself. It saves my time and increased the productivity Pros Micro strategy is a best software for data anaytics. It has ability to automate the queries throught its pulggin in ms excel. we can save the queries in my reports and eaven share to other users. Cons Execution time is a little longer. The dashboards are really helping our management people to take necessary decision making. It processes large volume of data which sometimes makes an app slow. The feature of deep analysis is really awesome. Pros 1\. It helps in creating one platform which will be base for multiple Use Cases. 2. It helps in object reusability. 3. Excel Reporting feature integrated with the business intelligence. 4. Little hand on experience with this tool is enough to started working on this tool. 5. Easy to install software with easy to operate user interface. 6. Support for the filters and different custom functions. Cons Overall it is good tool but there are some features which I dislikes such as 1. When we are dealing with large volume of data tool becomes slow and need more time to process. 2. As compared to tableau and Power BI it seems outdated. 3. It could be great if there is free trail for using this in the initial days. Cons Its efficiency reduces with increasing data and there is no unified interface. They have to work on it. March 4, 2020 5.0 MS had helped us analyzing and understanding the sale trend of our products, as it has location filters we were able to have a good knowledge of our products and performance. Pros The best part of the tool being its available filters to have a desired output of report, I run the sales report daily, with having filters to see sales done on a weekly, week till date, last week till date, location filters, filters on a store number basis, can also select the category/sub-category of any division of product our company has. There are multiple drag and drop options once we have the report generated and prior to we export it an excel which is just great. Cons There is too less of cons of this tool, I have noticed if the data is too huge and multiple users are trying to pull their respective divisional reports, it lags and throws an error. There could have been a better user interface. It takes a good time for the initial setup and occupies much of a server.
