Excellent. Before I discovered Quipu I was paying a lot to a personal accountant for almost the same work.

Pros

Very easy to work with, friendly, and has a good company image, modern.

Cons

I am not a premium subscriber, my business is meager. But even in my case, after some years, I think that they should have included more free features for regular users, such as more support, and particularly, accounting books for the Spanish IRS.

Estoy muy contenta en general con la aplicación, me facilita mucho mi trabajo día a día. Además la gestoría que nos lleva la parte fiscal va a implementarlo en su oficina y ya podremos coordinarnos más fácilmente.

Pros

Me gusta mucho el orden que maneja la interfaz, todo es fácil de encontrar. La posibilidad de buscar cobros o pagos por contacto, mes, facturas o nóminas, etc. Me encantan los gráficos de la vista general para controlar ingresos y gastos, así como clientes y proveedores.

Cons

Echo de menos el poder personalizar un poco más mis documentos, y algunas veces me resulta un poco lenta la subida del lector de gastos.

Pros

Me encanta su sencillez de uso, la curva de aprendizaje es verdaderamente corta y tienes todo lo que necesitas. Si tienes varias marcas puedes usar distintos logotipos también y numeración de facturación.

Cons

Algunas integraciones con ciertos plugins en el caso que tengas una ecommerce con Woocommerce dió algun problema, también para gestionar los IVA de otros países.

Pros

nothing to be honest, I had only a very bad experience using Quipu so far, unfortunately

Cons

Very poor Support: I have asked support in multiple occasions for help, but they refused to give me support, claiming they should only help book-keepers, not the users of the software. This is the first time I see such agreements with software. Poor financial reports: You cannot really see reports of previous years. You also have very poor reporting functionality, like if you wish to view the reports monthly instead of yearly, it does not allow you to do so. Poor scanning functionality: scanning frequently goes to duplicates, despite being a new invoice or bill Poor invoice/expense search functionality: searching for an invoice is a nightmare on Quipu, you cannot find an invoice that was automatically scanned easily because of the use of random numbers as it seems to me. Integration w/ Zapier doesn't work

¡Muy buena! Lo dicho, realmente nos estamos ahorrando tiempo en la contabilización de facturas.

Pros

La automatización en la creación de facturas, gracias a que los conceptos y contactos quedan guardados tras la primera vez que los introduces. Y el lector de facturas, que nos ahorra mucho tiempo a la hora de contabilizar facturas de gasto.

Cons

Puede resultar un poco abrumador al principio, porque tiene muchas funcionalidades.
