As I mentioned above, no complaints on the platform. Products like this should be simple and this is that. **Pros:** Quite easy to use, for both myself and the team. Easy to set up, and great for the price. I kind of set and forget. **Cons:** Its hard to find online. I had to search through a bunch of bullshit competitors to land here. So maybe more SEO or AEO. I haven't trained the staff on it yet because there are too many issues. Once they are resolved, I think it's going to be a great program. **Pros:** It's intuitive and easy to use, and it looks nice. I like that the calendar is shared, and once the issues are fixed, it's going to solve a lot of our problems. **Cons:** Ongoing technical issues: The balances shown are incorrect on the app, but are correct on the desktop site. It can be difficult to get everyone signed in.
