"Easy task sharing app"

Overall: I'm using Sophy everyday to organize my content production, appointments and to share the tasks with the freelancers and agencies I'm working with. I love the clean design and how easy it is to share and manage all of our tasks.

Pros: Managing daily tasks and projects have become incredibly easy with Sophy. It's not overloaded with features and unnecessary colors or animations. I just does what I really need it to do: Help me staying focused. It's simple to share specific tasks and lists with agencies or customers, the settings to user permissions are basic but just what I need to make sure everyone is just seeing what they're supposed to see in my team.

Cons: There could be an improvement of the mobile version, but I'm mainly using the desktop version and this is great. I also would wish there would be some integrations to other apps, but customer support this is something that will be added in the next versions.

Alternatives Considered: Todoist, Trello, monday.com and Asana
Reasons for Choosing Sophy: I tested all of them and found Sophy is the best fit when it comes to simple usability and functionalities to share tasks and lists with your team.
Switched From: Microsoft To Do
Reasons for Switching to Sophy: I've been searching for an alternative to Wunderlist that is also good for usage in a team, this is why I switched to Sophy.

"Getting Organized Made Easy"

Overall: I have found great support from the SOPHY Chat, and super quick turn around for my queries. I really like what they are trying to do and hope to see this product do really well. I'm really glad I found SOPHY because it's easy to loose track of what you're doing when you get constantly interrupted (sound familiar?); the reminder when you miss a due date and time allow me to focus on what I need to make happen before I leave for the day. You get all the Props Mickey, Oliver and SOPHY back end devs. Keep up the good work!!

Pros: I'm a to do list focused person and the checklist feature is really awesome. I'm working on learning how the rest of the assets, tasks, and other features will apply, and really love there is so much here that allows all kinds of organization strategies. I find this interface really useful! I love the dashboard to remind me of upcoming tasks, or missed deadlines and this really keeps me on track when I get to work.

Cons: I'm hoping to see more development on the app, as I could not use the one made for android, and there isn't one for iOS yet. However, they do have a really great mobile site for smart devices and phones, and app.sophy.com works terrific on a REAL computer. I'm hoping to see something that allows user entered steps to follow procedures / SOP guides for all employees to interact with.

"Unlimited user. Unlimited use cases. Not only Onboarding and offboarding of employees"

Overall: Chosen as a tool for a better onboarding of our employees we use it now for more generic workflows and inventory management. As a multi-location-business we do have now 100% transparency about the status of tasks and our inventory. Im saving about 3 hours per week and a lot of uncertainties compared to the time before. Now I can add tasks, delegate them and check the status everywhere and everytime.

Pros: - first affordable inventory management combined with workflow management - everybody in our company loves the usability (clear structure, no fancy "cat-content") - the huge library of templates - self explanatory - no limitations in core features (user, checklists, assets) - fair pricing - customer service

Cons: There is not a lot I would change or I don't like. I asked the customer support a few weeks ago if the next version will open the interfaces to my specialized software. They are still working on it.

"Great software"

Pros: easy to implement easy to use Easy communication with the customer service team

Cons: no cons so far for as long as we have used the software.
