When I used it it was called SmartBNB - I also don't know how it's developed with integrations with other OTA's. A same-day payment problem caused by a card change was corrected within an hour, yet resulted in permanent loss of a legacy rate with no discretion or escalation offered. The ticket was closed during a holiday without resolution. While the software works, the lack of customer service flexibility and retention focus makes it difficult to recommend. **Pros:** The automation tools help streamline guest communication and reduce repetitive manual tasks for managing vacation rentals. However, similar automation features are available on other platforms as well. **Cons:** Customer service and billing flexibility.
