"Lack of Customer Service Overshadows the Product"

**Overall:** The product itself is functional and does what it’s designed to do, but my overall experience was negatively impacted by how a billing issue was handled. A same-day payment problem caused by a card change was corrected within an hour, yet resulted in permanent loss of a legacy rate with no discretion or escalation offered. The ticket was closed during a holiday without resolution. While the software works, the lack of customer service flexibility and retention focus makes it difficult to recommend.

**Pros:** The automation tools help streamline guest communication and reduce repetitive manual tasks for managing vacation rentals. However, similar automation features are available on other platforms as well.

**Cons:** Customer service and billing flexibility. "This website is a total letdown "

**Overall:** Hospitable has been extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service. Even after paying for their priority support plan, they don’t respond or provide any real help. Their regular agents are unhelpful and often give wrong information. For example, several agents told me it wasn’t possible to have a direct website for each property, but two weeks later, someone else confirmed that it actually is. On top of that, my owner statement got completely messed up, and I still haven’t received any clear answers. It’s unacceptable to charge for a service and then provide nothing in return. They definitely don’t deserve the high ratings they have on Capterra.

**Pros:** App is great on both iOS and android UI is intuitive for the most part Calendar sync works Other options to push information to OTAs also generally works

**Cons:** Absolutely nightmare of a customer service None of the agents know anything Things break constantly
