In regards to the problem with the messages not sending, often times the issue could be their configuration or with brief outage times at Airbnb. We take pride in a message success rate of over 99%, so errors are quite rare. Please get in touch so we can figure out what was the problem then and help make sure it doesn't happen in the future.

Syncing calendars and pricing, automated messaging and great customer experience

Pros

I tried many vacation rental integration softwares before landing on SmartBNB. None have as many features as this one. I love that I can not only sync the calendars but also the pricing. Automated messaging makes management a breeze!

Cons

I would like to be able to connect multiple AirBNB/VRBO accounts as I manage properties for many different individuals.

Pros

Pros

Interface can be a little buggy, in large part due to Airbnb's clunky interface

They have been great. Always quick to respond to my questions, and overall a great value for what they provide.

Pros

Automation of routine tasks and communication with guests.

Cons

The phone app is a little bit laggy and some of the features that i use the most on desktop are not available on the mobile app (task calendar)

Best for anyone who looking to reduce time to answer your Airbnb guest. But I need more options as I recommend.

Pros

1\. make you have more time to service your guest in Airbnb 2. make you have more time to think about strategy 3. Catch you Leads to be guest when you don't have time reply to some question it's mean you lost your guest forever.

Cons

2 things, 1. I need you can include price adjustable in your software too. 2. Need to connect with more website such as Agoda home, booking, etc

Automation is very easy to set up and works 95 percent of the time

Pros

This is a great automated product. It’s great for notifying staff of cleans and also for auto responding to Airbnb messages. It’s almost amazing but not quite

Cons

Restricted automation for staff. If you set up the way it’s intended it’s wonderful if you have even a slight difference in needs it may not work.

I'd like to be able to track and manage cleanings or have a cleaning schedule within the system that my crew would have access to. There was one issue with check-in messages not being sent but the customer representative looked into it and helped resolve the issue. Thank you!

The fact that I can set it and forget it. It runs itself. I dont have to think or remember to email guests.
