Pros I like that you can autamete the messages and you can connect it to airbnb, vrbo and other booking platforms. Cons Very very expensive, I can find others softwares that do more or less the same and do other things, not only automated messaging. Everything is linked to your hosting platform and takes all of the hassle out of hosting a property by automating messages when bookings are made. The time saved using this software is so valuable and it works for you to ensure everything runs smoothly and without hitch. Pros The fact that you can take the time to program pre responses to common questions is a huge time saver. What I like most though is the automation so that a response will be sent immediately. The support is pretty good too. Cons would like to see an option to link calendar to personal calendar (in my case, google calendar). We have more than just 'cleaners' and 'maintenance' people.
