After initial setup (see cons) it automatically copies events from one calendar to another like clockwork. This ensures that I never get 'double booked' into a meeting when I have something scheduled on different calendars. **Cons:** The setup is clunky and a bit frustrating. Initially, during setup, I experienced a few errors that were hard to understand and required assistance from customer support. With support, we resolved the issues, and they haven't reappeared. The biggest con with this software is the price and functionality.I think it is expensive for basic syncing functionality - but I haven't found an alternative so I will continue to subscribe. Functionality is fairly limited, but the functionality it does have is incredibly reliable.
