Cons I was confused regarding the different Tag options when setting up and had to email to ask for help, but once I was talked through it all, it made a lot more sense. Pros Absolutely phenomenal customer service. If I raise an issue or query these guys are on it instantly. Everyone I've dealt with at Gymcatch has been very pleasant and helpful. They offer unmatched customer service. Cons A few small issues -some customers find it difficult to use and occasionally customers report that they've had problems booking. I also wish i could keep my PARQs in the system, but i believe the team is working on this. Cons I have to be using the online version on a desktop to access all features. Keeping track of class passes is actually quite difficult. If someone cancels and is eligible for refund, I have to remember to go in and manually refund as the system does not do it for you. It’s easy, effortless and saves me so much time. My clients love using the software as well as it is so simple, they can book and pay in seconds allowing them to get on with their day. The best thing by far is their customer support, if you ever have an issue they respond back straight away. For me this is the best thing about Gymcatch, I have worked with so many companies that offer poor customer service and for me this is what sets Gymcatch above the rest. I looked at other providers but had no support from them - where as with Gymcatch I felt totally valued and looked after. Pros It’s simple to use, both as a business and a client for my business. Cons It glitches sometimes and customers can not register or check in but this is easily rectified if I “attend” then after class. Easy to use for me and my customers making life a LOT easier with regards to bookings, cancellations and payment. I have also had excellent help from your team with any problems or questions that I have had. Pros Extremely easy to view all customers and current and previous bookings they have made. Simple to set up classes, change or cancel them and very helpful knowing each customer booked on will be notified automatically, which saves me a huge amount of time. Cons The only thing I currently struggle with is the app. It is simple to use yet there is 1 basic fault I can find. When clicking on a class to manage to attendees, we aren't able to add everybody on our customer database or cancel somebody from the class. This is something that needs to be done quite a lot and I'm finding I need to keep logging on through the website to sort which can be time consuming. Looking forward to learning more of what it can do! Pros Fairly straightforward to use once you get the hang of it (I’ve only been using it a few weeks and it does a lot so I’m still learning). However it was easy to set up the basics to get my clients up and running on their memberships and also gives them easy access to live online classes and links to my pre-recorded content. They seem really happy with it and find it easy to use. Cons Generally I think it’s great. It would be good to have a couple more colour schemes for memberships and I’ve had some feedback from clients who’ve experienced minor issues that are more to do with some things being a bit unintuitive such as the calendar not scrolling and things looking like buttons that aren’t. Some of this is user error however and I’ve found the support to be really great. My customers are finding it easy to use & straightforward to book classes. The internal message system is great and my customers like that it integrates with your calender. If I needed to cancel/change classes I updated Gymcatch and my customers received notification. The staff were brilliant with my questions and couldn’t have been quicker and more efficient. I’m really pleased so far with gym catch and look forward to when they add more. Pros The customer service is excellent, I’ve asked lots of questions and always got fast responses. I like that my members can login and book their own classes and pay online. Cons It was a little confusing to start with bundles and passes, but I understand they are working on a class set up which will be perfect for me.
