More importantly, my customers found it easy to use too. I could share Gymcatch instruction videos to help them. They were quickly able to buy bundles of classes, book on to a class, check in and keep track of their credits. This made things a whole lot easier for me Pros Very user-friendly, easy to schedule classes and track bookings. It has the best user support system. There are short, easy to follow instruction videos on just about everything. I used the online chat any time I had extra questions, and replies were always prompt and personalised. Very impressive. Cons It would be nice to have a web link to my pages which features my business name, not just a number, but this wasn't problematic. Customers found my pages very easily. You get a free trial to try it out before you make a purchase. It is now fully intergated with zoom if you have online classes. You are able to set up discount codes, packages, take payment for block bookings and also ad hoc payments. If you use this code you will get an extra month added to your introductory free trial \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] Cons Some features that were missing have now been included, such as participation waivers. Pros Gymcatch has made my work life so much easier, easy to use for my myself and clients. Team are amazing with support and always quick with their reply. Cons It would be good if clients could book Classes for the following month and not have to wait until package is renewed. March 15, 2022 5.0 I chose Gymcatch after using a less flexible playtform that did not integrate with my website and looked very dated. The pre-sales support was great and continued after purchasing. July 8, 2019 4.0 GymCatch enables use to sell our classes online and to provide clients with an app to book through. Pros GymCatch is very easy to set up and the value for money is excellent compared to some other providers. Cons GymCatch does not have a business mobile app, so if you want to make edit on the go to a timetable you have to log in via the website. Pros As a business it was very easy for us to see who was expected at the premises and it was extremely easy and quick to set up our sessions for months in advance. Cons There was nothing about the software that didn’t work for us, it provided exactly what we needed it to do (and more if we had wanted!). Gymcatch has more to offer than we use but I need to take time to learn them. Pros The customer support and advice/teaching videos are good to learn how to use. Integration into websites is great and the app looks good. Cons The app is a little confusing and long winded as a coach. Getting your head around how the bundles work on each product is challenging. February 4, 2021 5.0 I'm really glad I picked Gymcatch as my class booking system. Such a friendly and helpful team, and it saves me so much time and looks professional to my clients too. Pros I like that it's easy to use (both as a business provider and user to book classes), that you can select the features you need (which is then reflected in the price) , but mostly that it saves me so much admin time- from registers, money taking, and the integration to Zoom feature in 2020 was brilliant! Cons I guess setting it all up takes some time, but the only way round that is to have someone do it for you which would obviously be added expense so I didn't mind. It saves time in the long run. Every time I think of something that might be useful, I drop them an e-mail and lo and behold, they have already thought about it and will be bringing it out in their next update. Top notch service! :) Pros I found the booking system easy to set up, I like the options of the different packages that you can offer. The participant information is great and I found a way to gather all the information needed to meet my insurance requirements without having to ask participants to upload a separate document. It is so easy to duplicate a class to make it recurring. The gift option is brilliant for giving away loyalty classes. Cons Some of my participants found it a bit tricky at first but they all find it very easy to use now. Switched from [Bookwhen](https://www.capterra.com/p/157881/Bookwhen/) I always struggled with Bookwhen, I found it difficult to remove or change a class from a series and found the site difficult to navigate. When Clubbercise offered a 6 month free trial for Gymcatch I thought I would try it and would never go back now! The price is also great for small businesses like me, and the ability to add bolt ons means I get to choose what functions I have based on the needs of my business Pros The customer service is excellent. It is simple to use and includes the ability to offer clients different payment options. It is easy to access on desktop, phone and tablet and makes tracking my class numbers easy. Cons There are a few functions yet to be rolled out which would definitely make it even better, but on the whole I am very pleased with it. When my self employed business looked to hit the buffers through self isolation, the gymcatch team provided the perfect solution to bring my customers into the online forum. The system manages the booking of people into classes, handles all the returns, cancellations, health questionnaires and so much more. One of the many excellent features is to put a Zoom meeting URL into the booking confirmation, so the client can tap and be taken straight to the session. In these times of vertical learning curve with regards to technology changing allowing people to keep in touch, this facility is invaluable! Gymcatch has allowed me to quickly bring all my existing participants on board and kept me earning an income, no mean feat at this time. I couldn't be more grateful, thank you. I’ve spoke to Ollie a couple of time and he has been quick to respond and very friendly and helpful! Pros GymCatch is easy to use and easy to tailor to your own business. Will a range of ‘add ons’ you really can pick and choose what features suit your business best. You can add loads of info about your business and add your own photos. And really easy to link it to Facebook for bookings or imbed into your website so you can send customers straight to your booking page. Really easy payment for customers and nice feature of issues automatic refunds (within the boundaries that are set by you). Can definitely recommend!! Every call or online chat has been a positive experience. Pros Once you take some time to understand the functionality the system is very straight forward so the transition over to go live was painless. My clients had no issues with it from their end either, simple download of the app and they were set to go. Cons There have been a couple of small items over the time I have used the system but I have found ways round them so nothing crucial. I was sceptical about the pricing at first and also thought I wouldn't receive good customer service but they were absolutely incredible with quick replies and helping me get up and running, even though they had a ton of videos as well. Pros The mobile app was really handy for members and it was easy to adapt as our needs changed (from payment types to updating timetables etc) Cons Booking for more than one place per family caused some minor issues. e.g. if a family booked two places on a session, they didn't seem to be able to cancel only one of them.
