### "Great value, easy to learn and deploy."

It has been a very valuable tool for our office which is used daily to track calls, case files, correspondence.

Pros

Accessible via browser, easy to deploy and manage. Data input is a breeze with dragging emails to create cases. Access control very flexible and you can easily add/remove/modify rights for users as needed.

Cons

Some fields are broken down in weird combination - for example Area Code and Telephone number on exports come out as seperate fields which always need to be combined. A phone number in 2023 is 10 digit.No ability to enter foreign addresses and phone numbers for contacts outside of Canada. Would be nice to be able to assign a case to multipule constituents and thus save time in reentering data.

Cost and ease of deployment.

Complexity of the previous tool meant that staff were not using it. We combined our Maximizer and NationBuilder into this solution for CRM.

easy to work with, unifies cases so that all staff can help each other and any staff can talk professionally to any constituent with background information.

Pros

It keeps the office unified and also provides a very good filing and tracking process of on going cases and also case history

Cons

It does not have spell check built in. It would be helpful to look professional

The intergration was good. Customer service responds most times and is receptive to suggections.

Cons

I don't klike the profile page and feel that it could be a lot better if the name of the constituent and their contact info was more front and centre on their page.

Keeping overall track of my client files

Pros

Being able to search for a client by name and/or phone number. Being able to search by UCI number for IRCC cases would also be helpful

Cons

It would be very useful to be able to "drag" a document out of Civic Track and attach it to an email.

### "Civic Track is as Good As You Are"

I have been able to manage a huge case load myself and stay totally organized. I like that my colleagues can see any file they may need to reference to avoid wasting time and repeating the same actions. It's very useful to run reports based on topic or specific street should there be a matter of interest that we need to gage and address many people at once.

Pros

The case load I receive daily overlaps with the files that are already open and waiting on responses and follow up. This CRM allows me to stay organized and not miss a thing. People really appreciate the follow up and know that details have not been missed and they receive the best possible outcome because of this. The data is only as good as you are at putting it in the system so it's important to know how to use the tools available. Customer service has been a great experience when I needed to learn the features that I needed. It's also great that I can assign files and tasks to other colleagues and then see exactly what has been done (or not) every step of the way.

Cons

Sometimes, I will search a name that doesn't show up and then when I search the address it will come up with that name originally not found. Minor problem.

It has been a fairly easy-to-use database for keeping track of our clients.

Pros

Case notes, uploading documents, chronological list of cased on home page

Cons

It is difficult to pull data out of our data base. For example, there is no easy way to generate an email list as a .csv file of ALL of our clients - the lists can only be generated by street, postal code. I would like to have a complete list in one file for use in email blasts. Also, it would be helpful if you would use tags in cases so that we can search by tags rather than by case codes. We have a fairly concise list of case codes for ease of use, but tags would be helpful for other criteria that don't qualify as a case code so that we can generate lists of clients related to that tag.

Pros

I like that you can be as general or specific with information as is required in the saving of information. It is fairly straightforward to learn. I'm nor highly technological but the system works well for me. Thanks.

Cons

When I am on the "Create a Case Item" screen, I would like to be able to minimize that box in order to check back on details from the case that have already been entered. I think this would make my job much easier and more efficient. Thanks.

Over all makes my work much easer, not have to make "hard" copies of everything

Pros

The general over all usability of the program

Cons

The least like feature of the program is the inability of going full screen (just where you type in your notes) while typing in details of the case, myself I would like to have the option of having the text window go full screen

Good for tracking interactions with individual persons.

Cons

\-needs to have a way to combat duplicates in the system -needs a way to export easily -smart search is needed, so that if I type in 'Madeline Gainey' my real name, Madeleine Gainey, would still show up even though I spelled it wrong. -needs better ways to access lists of contacts. I can only access a contact by searching up their exact name which is very limited.

Wonderful app. Now we can't imagine our work without Civic Track.

Pros

It's easy to create cases in CT and there is no limit to that. If we need any information regarding any case we simply have to type in the name and whole case will be in front of us. Any kind of document can be uploaded as a evidence and it's simply an amazing app.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about this app.

Documents feature works very well and is nicely laid out.

Cons

I would prefer to be able to access my Closed cases without doing a full search. They don't need to appear in my list; however, it would be nice if I could access them just by searching a last name (the same way I search open cases). There is also a strange glitch where the "Cancel or Leave" buttons pop up for no reason.

When the Demographic info status is selected, I am not sure why some information that may have been entered in earlier as a profile is being created gets erased.
