I like the user interface especially the activities interface. The fact that the tracker can resume immediately you're active makes me really love it. Pros The tool has an easy setup. For small organizations, it's quite pocket friendly and also, coupled with the fact that they offer a 30-day free trial, that alone is enough to convince you that these guys are confident about their tool. It has useful features such as the insight which makes it possible for organizations to review their employees' activities. Cons The only area that needs small improvement is the leaves feature, just include the attachments field and also add more advanced endpoints to your API. It is simple and yet you don't have to go to it's website to see the important details, it is just right there. Pros The app is user-friendly. The interface is simple. You can see all you need in one dashboard; you don't have to go to its website to see the important stuff. Cons Sometimes, the monitoring is inaccurate. Pros I really like that it helps me see how long I spend working vs. using non-productive apps. It shows me when I get distracted or dip throughout the day. Excellent time tracker" May 19, 2025 4.0 It provides good insights in my staff's productivity as well as allows detailed billing towards my clients. It provided good value and is quite straightforward to implement. Pros Trackabi offers a great time tracker. It is relatively straightforward to implement and has a lot of functionality. It allowed me to get a much better overview of my team's overall productivity. Cons However, the Company can improve its customer service by organizing product demo's on the request by the client instead of trying to resolve all technical issues by email. In addition, 1 of the biggest limitations is that you can create multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to them. It would require you to duplicate projects and assign it to each client. I run an accounting practice, and I have the same tasks across all my clients. It is time-consuming and prone to error if I have to create projects for each new customer in order to have a workaround for this lacking feature. I switched from using the Onlinejobs.ph time tracker to Trackabi for more clarity & features and i have not been disappointed. I love the ability to input sick leave, vacation, etc into the tool and for it to keep track. I love that it auto calculates the time they are working. I love the ability to fine tune the tool to stop tracking if there is a lack of movement for X amount of time. I love the that I can get screenshots of my teams monitors and see what they're working on at any given moment. I love that it shows me which applications they are spending the majority of time on.
