For small organizations, it's quite pocket friendly and also, coupled with the fact that they offer a 30-day free trial, that alone is enough to convince you that these guys are confident about their tool. It has useful features such as the insight which makes it possible for organizations to review their employees' activities. Cons The only area that needs small improvement is the leaves feature, just include the attachments field and also add more advanced endpoints to your API. It also help me to track my working time for a balance working time leisure time daily. Pros The most I like about Trackabi it's really useful not only to track my time for my boss it also good for me to manage my time and keep in track my work Cons The part that I don't like is whenever my network is not stable the tracked time sometimes rolled back couple minutes I guess before screen capture, and the start button is not directly start after I click it. Complex projects that have different billable rates have to be created separately which is a pain to manage. Invoicing doesn't have a billing option to collect payments which makes creating an invoice in Trackabi pointless. Having had a poor experience with a remote staff before it was very important for me to be able to track actual productivity. A friend recommended I take a look at Trackabi. Reading that Trackabi can satisfy both of my requirements I decided to give it a try. I found that getting up to speed with Trackabi was quite simple and therefore did not take a lot of time up with a steep learning curve. It’s quite customizable and most importantly it measures a number of factors around productivity including screenshots and keyboard activity as well as being able to create a custom list of productive and unproductive applications. Being able to track by projects and clients with custom billable time per project or client as well as marking certain tasks as unbillable seems to be the cherry on top for my use case. I’m very happy with Trackabi and the couple of times I needed to reach out to support for some help they have responded in a helpful and timely manner. I definitely am happy to recommend Trackabi. Pros Able to track time and monitor productivity. Ease of setup and intuitive use. Alocate time to projects and task with custom billable rates.
