It accurately tracks my time (with some room for error) and allows me to summarise my time and work during my daily standups with my manager. Pros This tool does exactly what I need , it tracks my time and productivity accurately. I appreciate that it isn't overly intrusive and offers the flexibility to manually log my hours, which is especially useful if I work overtime or am offline. It helps me stay focused throughout the day and makes it easy to review how I've spent my time after a long workday. Setting it up and integrating it into my workflow was straightforward, with minimal steps required. For my needs, simply starting Trackabi from the command line is sufficient. At the moment, I use it daily in accordance with my company's policies to monitor my time and productivity. It also makes it easier for me to summarize my completed tasks during daily standups with my manager. I also liked the customer support I recieved during my inital setup of trackabi - they were fast and also helped me set it up real quick Cons Currently, there is no way to delete a screenshot once it has been taken. At times, I prefer not to have certain things on my laptop screen, like chats or emails, included in these captures. This brings up concerns about confidentiality, and I am left wondering what the company does with the large volume of screenshots it collects each day. I have also noticed that Trackabi sometimes records time inaccurately, even when my laptop is closed. Although I can remove the unnecessary logged time, I think this is a bug that the company should look into. Another issue I've experienced is that when I use Trackabi alongside many other windows or Chrome tabs, my laptop occasionally freezes or stops responding. This problem does not occur when Trackabi is turned off. If you can't, the account owner did that setting on purpose. Your concern is understandable, but we don't control what account owners do with screenshots. I can create new projects, add new clients and onboard new members with ease. Pros I love that I can track time spent based on Members, projects and even clients. It provided good value and is quite straightforward to implement. Pros Trackabi offers a great time tracker. It is relatively straightforward to implement and has a lot of functionality. It allowed me to get a much better overview of my team's overall productivity. Cons However, the Company can improve its customer service by organizing product demo's on the request by the client instead of trying to resolve all technical issues by email. In addition, 1 of the biggest limitations is that you can create multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to them. It would require you to duplicate projects and assign it to each client. I run an accounting practice, and I have the same tasks across all my clients. It is time-consuming and prone to error if I have to create projects for each new customer in order to have a workaround for this lacking feature.
