Pros What I like best about Trackabi is the drive that it gives me to stay productive, I use it almost daily, and being able to track my work hours (and even my unproductive hours) allows me to stay organized and focused. This is essential to a driven and structured person like me since it helps me not only in managing my tasks but also driving me to become more effective, disciplined, and productive. The application is also very easy to use and not disruptive at all, and its integration to tracking work productivity will be very seamless to anyone who might want to use it. Cons There is one thing I dislike in Trackabi, its limitation to log other browser activities such as "Udemy" or "Coursera", which are productive sites for taking crash courses on many things. I would love to see the number of hours I've spent on those specific sites rather than being logged as "Google Chrome". And, I believe this more granular tracking for other browser activities will make the application even greater. I love the ability to input sick leave, vacation, etc into the tool and for it to keep track. I love that it auto calculates the time they are working. I love the ability to fine tune the tool to stop tracking if there is a lack of movement for X amount of time. I love the that I can get screenshots of my teams monitors and see what they're working on at any given moment. I love that it shows me which applications they are spending the majority of time on. Pros I love the ability to input sick leave, vacation, etc into the tool and for it to keep track. I love that it auto calculates the time they are working. Overall it's easy to use, great for those that aren't familiar with timing software and is an overall winner. This being said, I would love a mobile app that works on all devices, so I can use the timer on my tablet. I would also like the efficacy of the timer to be worked on, so it caters to time spent reading (perhaps in a different setting). Compared to other time trackers, this one is one of the best I've used but there is still room for improvement. Pros Trackabi is very user-friendly, especially if you are new to time-tracking software. It's easy to onboard employees and the timer is quite efficient. There is also a desktop app that makes tracking your time effortless. Although we aren't using all the features, it comes with many which I can assume are highly beneficial for an organization. Cons Trackabi does not take into account reading time. Many of my tasks require reading and in some instances it does not log my time effectively and the timer assumes I am inactive. This area is one that really needs improvement and it's extremely frustrating. The second con is the mobile app is buggy, I have tried it on 3 devices including a tablet and it refuses to work. It would be great if the app autostarts on Ubuntu, for some reason it doesn't start automatically. I have tried configuring the settings, but still, the autostart doesn't work. Pros We can add time manually in case our network connection fails and the time tracking doesn't happen. Cons Needs autostart feature on my PC boot, also there is a bug with dual boot os, time gets tracked according to the pc local time.
