"Not what I expected and wasted a lot of time for nothing"

**Overall:** it is 2:39 am, I am tired and extremely frustrated and annoyed at how much time I spent trying to find features that in the end, do not exist. Trying to put in hard expenses, ridiculous! Could not get anything I tried to populate. No way to sync bank accounts or to upload data, the options for expense items is far too limited. Maybe they are set for Canada, but we use more specific expense categories, such as subpoenas, and process servers, and not just private investigators, but in house investigation, and more. The user must be able to add categories of expenses.

**Pros:** Appeared to be intuitive at first, but then a bombshell, actually many bomb shells in trying to use the application. I am not sure I liked anything about it.

**Cons:** I bought this product and was immediately put into NextGen and the banking features I need for IOLTA trust accounting are not available. How can this be? I did not knowingly choose to purchase what appears to be a beta version of your software. You need either the banking features enabled in NextGen or my account reverted to Classic, or refunded the annual fee I paid tonight. This is blocking critical trust account setup for our law firm.

**Reasons for Switching to CosmoLex:** Because they are forcing people to use their on line application and it is terrible for managing IOLTA in their desktop and worse on line. Hated it!
