Nothing but horrible experiences. Customer service is AWFUL they will NOT HELP YOU. Avoid this company if you can - they are terrible to work with and do not deliver on promises. Pros I didn't like much about this software at all... I started an account because I was looking for a (cheaper) alternative to Calendly to save money for my non-profit... THIS is NOT it. For the same features, it charges MORE money than Calendly, is way less user friendly, and the customer support is NON EXISTENT. I deleted my account a month ago and STILL they are charging me every month, and ignoring my every attempt to contact them. I have never had worse service in my life. They are stealing from a non profit and ignoring me. Cons Not easy to use, dashboard is ugly, customer service I would give negative stars if I could ... They are HORRIBLE. They have continued to charge me a huge fee each month, even though my account has been closed forever. I have been attempting to contact them since August (it is now almost November) to recoup the money and request theys top CHARGING ME for an ACCOUNT THAT DOESNT EXIST but they have ignored every single email/phone call. I will have no choice but to contact my bank to stop these charges. I am beyond incensed at this company, who are actively stealing from a Non profit organziation. Pros I picked it up on a lifetime deal through Appsumo so the price was very affordable. Cons They do not provide the option for a client to pick different types of meetings for a single appointment link. For example, the customer cannot choose between in person, phone, Zoom, etc. so I had to create redundant appointment types which is very cluttered and unpolished. Pros The appointment system is easy to set up once you've gotten a hang of the features. It has a neat and clean user interface when people are booking in for an appointment. Additionally, they have been rolling out new features since I've bought it (when it was known as Zoom.ai) and I hope that these improvements will be continually rolled out in the future. Cons Not all features and links within CalendarHero are functional at the moment. For instance (as I'm writing this), I wanted to read the Room Booking FAQ, but the link is not working: https://faq.calendarhero.com/article/151-how-does-room-booking-work. Also, it does take some time and experimentation to change settings or add team members into the team plan. It can be quite confusing and the controls for the admin aren't entirely intuitive. The booking page isn't customizable as well, so the end user/ clients/ customers are booking their appointments from a very plain and basic page. Lastly, I do not get insights from the contacts like how it was described in their features page. Pros Very easy, very flexible, works. Great user experience. Cons To access the calendar you have to click a link. Two competitors allow you to nominate date/times in the email. Basically, you select the date/times you want to nominate and it drops a table in the email with the selections. This offers more convenience and higher conversion rates. I jumped on it immediately. It has been worth the investment. The support is great, they hold training sessions on how to work the app, and they constantly add new features. I love the daily text before I wake up to remind me of what I need to do for the day. You can process payments for clients. The number of integrations with top companies are ridiculous with so many options. They designed this so well and I hope they are around forever. Cons I haven't found a con yet! Pros CalendarHero is a great tool for scheduling meetings and accepting booking requests. It has lots of features, and also integrates with all the leading applications out there(zoom, outlook, salesforce, MS Teams ...). Moreover, it has its own set of applications that further enhance the scheduling experience: knowledge base, ticketing, and people insights. Cons The embed feature doesn't work well with WordPress websites and lacks customization. Moreover, I feel the support isn't that great. They don't provide clear answers. CalendarHero includes lots of documentation about his features, and there are also a few YouTube videos that might be helpful to getting things set up. Pros I recently started using this online application, and it is made scheduling appointments with clients and contacts much easier and professional. It reduces the number of back-and-forth emails, and give my clients the ability to schedule meetings with me based on their schedule. I particularly like that it allows for creating multiple calendars for the two types of client work that I do. And I was also surprised to discover that CalendarHero includes Stripe integration for making credit card payments. The service also integrates with Zoom and Google Meet, and you can automatically create a meeting URL for you and your clients. Cons I would like to be able to customize my CalendarHero calendar schedule page a lot more, but I understand that might require a lot more development. Easy to use and the pretty much unlimited features mean I can track my marketing to include calls as part of the funnel. (i.e send people to a page after they book with me) Pros I can set up a schedule that limits the number of meetings I have in for a day. This is crucial at the moment. I also got it on a lifetime deal so the value for money for the features I have is incredible. Cons I haven't found any major issues right now. It didn't integrate with my Zoom video call software but they found a workaround while it's being looked into.
