I was hesitant at first to sign up for a field service management tool but can’t imagine going back to our old set up of spreadsheets and having data across multiple sources. Centralising everything has saved so much time.

Pros

I like how connected everything is within the app, I can assign assets to jobs, customers or addresses for example and then easily find them in the system which helps with maintenance agreements. The system is easy to use, and the support is fantastic. Health and safety is also a big concern of ours, so the file management side of things with storing RAMS and copies of important qualifications all in one place is also super useful and has prevented a couple of job holdups already.

Cons

The only con I could think of was getting used to a different process, but the training was so good this was hardly even a problem.
