Pros la semplicità di utilizzo e la possibilità di adattarlo ad ogni esigenza che ci si presenta, per essere efficienti su interventi e manutenzioni preventive. Cons non ho nulla da segnalare di negativo se proprio devo trovare qualcosa servirebbe maggior autonomia per poter modificare dati del sistema. Pros sicuramente la facilità e la chiarezza è uno strumento che ha ci ha permesso di entrare subito nelle logiche del sistema rendendo leggero il passaggio da un sistema cartaceo a chiamata ad un sistema strutturato e flessibile. Cons essendo una azienda multinazionale la mancanza di poter gestire multi lingue e multi company nella stessa installazione è una limitazione che in questo momento abbiamo aggirato. L’interfaccia è chiara e le funzionalità coprono perfettamente le nostre esigenze operative. Unico aspetto da segnalare è la curva di apprendimento iniziale: alcune funzionalità più avanzate richiedono un po’ di tempo per essere comprese e sfruttate al meglio. Un team sempre pronto ad aiutarti, rapido e veloce, ed estremamente disponibile nell'accogliere suggerimenti per nuovi sviluppi.. avanti così! Pros Un CMMS per tutti i livelli di utilizzo: semplice (come dev'essere!) nell'apertura e rendicontazione dell'intervento, potenzialmente elaborato nella rielaborazione dei dati e nella programmazione, e quindi assolutamente completo. Molto belle e utili le dashboard e molta libertà nella loro configurazione. Tutti i database e le pagine sono esportabili rapidamente in Excel (oltre alle statistiche già preimpostate dal programma). Una svolta se si vuole avere immediatezza nel monitoraggio, l'utilizzo e la programmazione della manutenzione. Cons Alcuni limiti riscontrati nell'impedire accidentalmente la duplicazione dei ricambi (soprattutto nel caso multiplant con magazzino in comune gestito da diversi utenti, nulla di insormontabile, ma sicuramente richiede qualche accorgimento in più in fase di codifica). Manca qualche funzionalità sulla APP per quanto riguarda la gestione del magazzino a differenza della versione per PC (es registrazione di carico/scarico diverse dall'inventario, es acquisti, trasferimenti...) Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) perchè appunto è excel :D la manutenzione per noi è fondamentale ed ha vari aspetti da gestire (gestione guasti, programmata, ricambi)... avevamo dunque bisogno di un software dedicato. Avevo usato altri tipi di Software di manutenzione, ma non erano così intuitivi. Oltre ad essere un buon programma per la manutenzione è anche utile per creare un magazzino e archiviare DDT per ritrovare quello che non torna eventualmente con l' amministrazione. Cons Sinceramente non ho trovato pecche di gran rilievo. Forse l' unica cosa che è da migliorare secondo me è che se, lo stesso pezzo lo prendo da 2 fornitori diversi, devo per forza metter un fornitore solo non posso aggiungere quello nuovo.
