The ability to filter and sort through resources with the smart selection tool is great. Cons Our system is currently not completely automated with our HRIS system. It would be great to track new hires and terminations automatically. Reasons for choosing Bridgit Bench User interface was more geared towards my needs. The integration was easy, and their team was great to work with — super responsive and helpful throughout the process. It made getting up and running a lot easier than we expected. Pros I really liked how easy it was to use. The layout is super clean, and it made moving people around on projects quick and straightforward. Being able to see who’s available and who’s overloaded at a glance was really helpful. I also liked the filters — it’s nice to be able to sort by role or region and actually get useful info without digging. Overall, it felt like it was built with construction teams in mind. Cons There were a few areas where we wished we had a little more flexibility, like customizing fields to match our internal needs. Nothing major — just some small things we’d tweak to better fit how we work. The software is packed with features and makes it easy to allocate and track resources efficiently. The support department is always ready to assist with queries or issues promptly. They have gone above and beyond to improve user experience and cater to our needs. Overall, we would recommend Bridgitbench to any organization looking to enhance their resource management. It's a game-changer! Pros Rich features that cover a very wide span of functions and intricacies (including a variety of "human resources" topics like leave of absence, years of experience, etc). Cons When looking at a person's bandwidth (% allocation), it would be nice to include deals that are still in the works (opportunities) in that tally/percentage. After our first call with the team at Bridgit, we immediately recognized the value their platform could bring to our business. The Bridgit team is knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. We’re excited to continue building our partnership with them. Pros I really like the full visibility it provides its users to all projects. This has streamlined our workforce planning & it is a tool our team actually enjoys using. Cons We wish there was a direct integration with Procore. The team is friendly as well. Pros The ease of use when it comes to placing people on jobs. The information the system stores is also very useful when it comes to reporting and staying organized with staff allocations and availabilities. Cons Not having Workday implemented to transfer new hire profiles over to Bridgit. Also, manually having to add people's previous experience in on your template to then upload, when we have a previous template in place through MS Forms. Bridgit also allows us to dump that information into other formats (excel) allowing us to do further research. Cons Sometimes updates do not take (adjusting start and finish dates) automatically. This requires me to get out of the current window that I am in so that the information will "refresh". This slows down the updating process. Pros Bridgit does a great job of providing companies with a lot of flexibility on the back-end to configure the product to their specific business needs - while keeping the front-end very intuitive, but powerful. That is a hard balance to strike. Cons It was hard to come up with one, but if I'm nitpicking, I wish there was a better way to extract the data out of Bridgit to use to various reporting/dashboarding e.g. Microsoft Data Connector for PowerBI. Currently all data needs to be extracted through APIs.
