Overall most of my clients this product is too robust or too expensive for my clients but for those that need the additional reporting feature it is great.

Pros

I like the reporting in QuickBooks Online Advanced. I also love the fact that you can choose filters, fields, groups and classes.

Cons

I absolutely feel that the price is a big problem and the price increases every year, sometimes twice a year which is frustrating.

Overall it is a good product if you need to keep track of transactions, and look at timesheets and keep track of paychecks but the price is very high

Pros

This is a good product if you have a larger company because it allows you to have 25 users instead of just 5 on the basic level. You also get more advanced features and collaborates well with excel. It is easy to use and easy to keep track of accounting and gives you detailed reports if needed.

Cons

It is pricey and I'd say only worth it if you have a company of more than 50 employees. Customer support seems limited for the price you pay.

I can see where it would be beneficial, but I feel they complicate things more than need be. Maybe I am just a beginner and need to know more about accounting in order to appreciate it.

Pros

Customer Support would be the most value I get out of Quick books. I am always needing some help with it.

Cons

The double posting has been happening with all softwares that integrate to QB's , the integrations with ARI - Auto Repair Invoices not functioning.

My experience using QuickBooks has been great. I love everything I can do in this application. It makes managing a business so much easier.

Pros

Quickbooks has been one of our number one tools at work. This is where all of our numbers are, we track literally everything. I love how I can also invoice and receive payments straight from the clients account as well as log all the purchases that where made.

Cons

A few months ago we where having issues syncing to our other platform Acculynx. We have updated the apps and I am pleased to say we are no longer having issues.

Still a solid recommendation for businesses doing under $10M a year in revenue. Once you're manufacturing at scale, you'll likely need to graduate to something more robust.

Pros

We used it before moving to NetSuite for inventory management, purchase orders, sales, and finance. The ease of use, simplicity, and accessibility made it approachable for our whole team.

Cons

It couldn't support a real manufacturing business — their BOM functionality, or lack thereof, which eventually became a dealbreaker for us.

Great product, but it definitely needs some work to improve stability and transparency for users and clients.

Pros

I really appreciate the wide variety of integrations available with QuickBooks Online Advanced. It makes connecting with other software in my tech stack seamless.

Cons

It can be very confusing to figure out what is actually happening in the background, and the platform feels quite buggy at times.

Pros

QuickBooks has been great to easily make changes to our account and class codes while providing our accountants with a consistent platform to use.

Cons

My biggest issue with Quickbooks is that despite syncing to multiple platforms we use, there isn’t an easy way to optimize these syncs. We often need to figure it out ourselves.

I am very comfortable using the quickbooks online advanced. Its is very easy to browse some function and easy to process all kinds of financial reporting. Also, I can bring my lap top anywhere and work any time and anywhere I want.

Pros

I like Quickbooks on line because it is user friendly. Its provides flexibility, real-time collaboration with other accountants. Its very easy for bookkeeping job and preparation of financial statements

Cons

Unlike Quickbooks desktop software, you can buy once , but Quickbooks online Advanced operates on a recurring monthly subscription. The cost can rises as the business scales and requires more users or advance features. It also requires internet connection to be able to use the Quickbooks online advanced.
