It also connects with plenty of other tools, so tax season and day‑to‑day planning don’t feel like a scramble. Cons It can take a while to figure out all the features, and the monthly fees start to add up. July 3, 2025 5.0 Pros The versatility of QuickBooks Online lets my company sync it to the various platforms we use such as Rippling, PEX, Limelight and others as well. It works wonders for our accountants. Syncing to platforms is fairly efficient as well even when having to adjust mappings of categories and classes. March 21, 2025 5.0 My overall experience is that this is definitely a viable bookkeeping option for your business. I use this software for a small business I ran that took in 70k at startup. It made taxes easy and was great for keeping all of my information neat and organized. Pros The software is user friendly, and it keeps everything easily organized and accessible. Pros Ease of Use - the entering and inputs of invoices, receipts, and other paperwork is relatively easy to input into the system Cons Sometimes, it is slow with the server that we used provided by Amazon, but there seem to be no bugs or other issues like that, so just the speed problems here and there. We did have to learn how to use it from our accountant, but once we got routines in place it is easy to use. Love that it connects directly to the bank account and pulls charges in to be categorized Pros Quickbooks is easy to use and keeps all my finances in one place. Love that we can add our accountant onto the account to help manage taxes easily. Cons It is hard to learn at first in terms of linking credit cards appropriately to a parent card and learning about journal entries, opening balance equity, and splitting a charge to categorize. Pros It is a great resource to keep track of all the funds going in and out, bills to pay, expenses going out, and events that need to be paid for. I cannot really complain but I do wish we had better customer service. Pros It gets my invoices done and accurately processes the payroll with no issues. I don't have issues with balancing the balance sheet anymore. Cons I do not like their customer service. They are not the best and quite honestly most places aren't anymore so this is a typical matter for me.
