I cannot really complain but I do wish we had better customer service. Pros It gets my invoices done and accurately processes the payroll with no issues. I don't have issues with balancing the balance sheet anymore. Cons I do not like their customer service. They are not the best and quite honestly most places aren't anymore so this is a typical matter for me. My advice is to take your time and take advantage of the online tutorials they offer. Some of the videos are super helpful. Pros I wasn’t familiar with the product at all but it was easy to use and intuitive. I also really appreciated the customer support helpline. The agents were efficient and the wait time was brief. We recently just switched over to this at my job. Pros Being able to view/print, your pay stubs, W2, or, any type of tax information you need to view. Cons There's nothing that I dislike, but, I've had many issues wben viewing my stubs, or tax info, the entire app stays on a blank white screen. Other than that, I like using QuickBooks! Pros I like how the banks can import the charges in QB, and how invoices can be paid directly. Cons When I change charges/expenses to one it changes all of them even if I have set up rules.
