Software features seem to be comprehensive, but it is a waste of money because there is no customer support documentation and even after becoming a customer we have to rely on them always

Pros

Seems to have a lot of features for insurance brokers- a wasted effort because of a lack of any kind of customer support documentation

Cons

Support is poor. The only software I know of where even after the customer pays for it, there is no documentation/customer manual/process flowchart available for the software. Realised they do not have any documentation/manual when a specific question was asked of them. Unprofessional approach to issues/escalations. Very opaque structure where no single person picks calls/provides a solution. The dependence on them continues to be heavy even after buying the software. Will not recommend this software to anyone who doesn't have a dedicated team only for Saiba entries
