They have also been relatively prompt in resolving issues we have come across. Pros Visibility has certainly been improved, allowing us to better perform root cause analysis beyond the basic troubleshooting we did before. Cons Their cloud/ephemeral service really needs to be improved (including the documentation for it), better, clearer and easier configurability will be key to driving this service forwards.
