Abbiamo cominciato da poco l'utilizzo del software, ma segna già un netto miglioramento nel controllo e monitoraggio delle competenze.

Pros

L'estrema flessibilità del software, l'interfaccia utente molto lineare, semplice e chiara. Si hanno tutte le informazioni di rilievo raggruppate in modo semplice da cercare e chiaro da valutare: fondamentale per tracciare e migliorare le performance aziendali.

Cons

Il software non ha a mio parere falle particolari, sarebbe magari utile avere degli istogrammi per monitorare gli andamenti delle competenze.
