Resounding praise from clients for their onboarding experience. Clients rave about the onboarding team pointing to their responsiveness, their understanding of the client's needs, and thorough follow up. The product stands up strong on its own, but the client onboarding and support at 1Place are head and shoulders above. Pros The onboarding team is incredible. You do not have to figure out how to use the product on your own - the onboarding rep walks you through step by step. Also - 1Place management reporting tools give visibility at the center and regional management levels to assess areas of improvement and growth - including staff and facilities. Cons At first, client/in house customization was a bit of an unknown. Yet - clients tell me the customization of templates on their own makes adjustments straight forward. In the wave of Covid19, one existing client adjusted their child check-in checklist to not only include health and safety but also to accommodate criteria for emotional health. It is a testimony to ease of use.
