Me and my colleague can collaborate on project and our daily assignment easily with this software. The customization option also make it really flexible with changes. Cons Humbee needs more flexibility on the software that it can integrated with. For now, the list is short. Pros Its possible to customize ever process and workflow in our company. The platform will grow with our company size and is easy to customize without IT background. Working in "humbee-operations" pushed us in a new level of working. We got new working habits and a new overview over tasks and project reports. All members and shareholder informed without writing any cc mails or using "infocalls". Cons in some cases pictures are not showed user-friendly. But the humbee team is already working on that point. We get really fast respond on our wishes and improvements. Pros We can tailor every aspect of our company's processes and workflows. A straightforward platform that can grow with our firm is what we are looking for. Being a part of Humbee operations forced us to step up our game as workers. We learned new ways of working and better understood our projects and duties. All shareholders and members were kept up to date without needing info calls or CC mails. This dramatically improves the efficiency of our team, mainly when members of the group are working from home or on the go. Cons A feature may be enhanced when it makes perfect sense, which is a huge benefit. Humbee is a company that treats each of its clients like a person, sometimes in a very intimate way. Not a source of distraction. It offers everything that a corporate, SME, or freelancing business could require. It is not excessively complicated and does not include features that are not essential. A magnificent tree structure may be seen here! You will be able to break down each project into genuinely doable activities in this way. Every move or sub-task may be assigned precedence, start date and end date, an individual or team responsible, and files can be connected. Cons Many people are likely to view the lack of Kanban as a significant drawback, but it appears that this will change shortly. For some users, the interface may be too simple, or it may lack capabilities such as a chat room, discussion forum, rich text annotation, and so forth; yet, for other users, this may be viewed as a positive aspect of software. At the beginning it takes a while until you understand how ingenious it is and you also discover new possibilities again and again, also because humbee is not a rigid tool but one that grows with customer needs and makes office life a bit easier every day! Pros I really appreciate it when you don't have to read instructions for hours on end. Humbee works very intuitively, is well structured and what I find best: I have everything at hand anytime and anywhere - even on my mobile phone! A dream! Cons The flexibility in which a feature is extended when it makes sense is incredibly great. humbee lives with and for its customers, sometimes very individually. But also very structured and above all easy to understand. One highlight of many: the versioning of the documents, nothing gets lost anymore! Great!
