Pros

As for me, the main pros is NO coding! So, without being a developer, I could use this platform. It’s easy to set up and has lots of features. Also there is a great support at Ziplyne, ready to help with any issues.

Cons

No. Really. I like everything! I Wish Ziplyne to develop and create new features!

The overall Experince is great and will definitely recommend it to someone who is looking for a tool to streamline their product onboarding process and want to make hot fixes to the module on the go!

Pros

The product is very easy to use without a lot of clutter. The navigation is very intuitive and does exactly what it is ment to do. The customer onboarding module becomes very easy to setup and deploy.

Cons

There isint a lot to not like about the product. Its very well built and the UX is very intuitive. The only thing that can be improved is the UI for Popup cards.

Pros

From the easiness of the setup and the impressive number of features to the analytics generated, I enjoyed every step of my journey with Ziplyne. It is such a versatile solution that allows you to configure any type of onboarding scenario.

Cons

I cannot pinpoint something that I disliked. They are at the beginning of their journey and some things may be missing but nothing that would be a deal-breaker. And on top of that, these guys are obsessed with user experience and functionality and they will cover all the minor gaps in no time.
