Love ebol's ease of use and keeps my drivers moving without the hassle of writing everything down and protects the drivers from false claims as we have pics at pickup as well .

Pros

Easy to use for drivers and dispatch. LOve having EBOLS with pics helps avoid any problems with people trying to claim damage and no more spending time filling out a BOL that takes forever. No more bols getting lost blowing off the trailer etc!

Cons

Wish it could do a little bit more with the reports and setting them up on a weekly basis where they are a saved report.

Easy to use and it is done electronically and fast. No paperwork involved and it lists all the information needed for the load

Pros

Ease of use in finding loads, accepting loads and using the app during delivery and pick inspections. Hardly no paperwork, that is really nice. All is done electronically and is saved if you need to look back at your loads

Like said .. ease of use, saves drivers time and gives us great direction for each move! I rely on it almost exclusively!

Pros

Ease of use! Helps us, the drivers , plan and navigate daily, also the inspections required, pictures and the checklist for each vehicle, helps protect us the driver from damages incurred that we are not responsible for and keeps the company informed of current condition and mileage of there vehicles!

Cons

Nothing I that I actually dislike! It’s very simple to navigate through the required delivery and pickup inspections !

This company should be ashamed of themselves

Pros

There are no pros with a company that does false advertising and tricks you into relying on their software for your business

Cons

We are a broker who is 100% rated on Super Dispatch by hundreds of carriers. They cancelled our account with absolutely NO notice and NO reason. We paid them $1700 last month in fees. Do not depend upon them to dispatch your vehicles as they may cut you off with no notice and for no reason also. In my opinion ,they are in deep trouble as Centraldispatch is suing them for damages and making them spend a lot of money on legal. We intend to do the same.

Overall, it's easy to use. Everything can be right in the software without having to download or upload documents. It's easy for my drivers to use & to send invoices on my end. It would be great if more brokers would use the platform so that we didn't need to use 3-4 dispatching platforms at all times. The biggest downside is brokers not having any true repercussions for not paying the carrier.

Pros

From dispatch to delivery it's a seamless experience since our drivers use Super Dispatch for BOL and inspections. It's also easy to look at a glance at who paid and who still owes.

Cons

There seems to be no repercussions for brokers who do not pay the carriers per the terms in the dispatch agreement. You can leave a negative rating but that's about it. Brokers should have their accounts suspended when they fail to pay a carrier who transported the vehicle. When submitting a request for a vehicle it would be great if you could include a short message. Oftentimes, we need to know a few things (like pick up location/hours/etc) before accepting. Being able to send a message along with the request or before a request would cut down on phone calls/and canceled loads.

I would not recommend them over the competitor since I still have to use and pay for Central Dispatch since Super Dispatch does not have anywhere close to as many Carriers in their network

Pros

They make it seem like you dont have to really deal too much with transporters but the terms outlined are easily fudged by transporters.

Cons

Their customer service is not helpful. One time we were harassed by a transporter, yet they refused to suspend or give the transporter a warning.

fast and easy of use. Also allow me to send BOL and Invoice to get payment.

Pros

compare to other auto hauler apps. ie carsarrive, united road, ship.cars. super dispatch apps is much easier and faster to use.

Cons

would like it if super dispatch would automatically send an BOL and Invoice to the broker/shipper. Rather, searching for the email from central dispatch and copy and paste to send an bol and invoice to the broker/shipper.

The UI is quick and easy to navigate. There was little training needed for our broker/dispatchers.

Cons

While there are many APIs readily available, the reporting aspect of Super Dispatch is still in development. We are looking forward to more robust reports and finance integrations.

Pros

Lots of carriers are starting to move to Super Dispatch, finding and dispatching us has gotten much easier

Cons

I wish their verification system was a little bit more stringent. One other thing also I wish they would change. Is the customer service when you call in it used to be much better.

My overall experience with Super Dispatch has been positive. As a carrier, it helps me stay organized, find available loads, submit paperwork, and keep track of active and completed transports. The platform is easy to use and has become a helpful tool for running my transport business more efficiently. It is not perfect, but it is one of the better apps for auto transport work.

Pros

Super Dispatch makes it easy to find loads, communicate with brokers, track shipments, and manage paperwork in one place. I like that the app keeps everything organized from pickup to delivery, including load details, photos, BOLs, and payment information. The GPS tracking and document upload features save time and help keep both the carrier and customer updated.

Cons

Some load postings could include more complete details upfront, such as gate pass information, exact pickup requirements, and clearer vehicle condition notes. Occasionally, you still have to contact the broker for details that should already be listed.

Pros

Super easy to use. Simple to search for loads. Easily build load alerts. Customer support is very efficient. Excellent value!

Cons

Some shippers are searching for ways to sucker in unsuspecting transporters. If it sounds too good it probably is.

Great. It is the only app used to inspected vehicle being transported. Drivers find it easy to operate.

Pros

How easy it is to understand and complete inspections. Being able to add your own loads and the accessible information on carrier and brokers

Cons

Drivers can add additional I for once inspection has been closed. The additional cost for a dispatcher seat or accounting. If the owner is not a driver the role cant be changed

Once again i can not stress the ease of use of this app. Most other apps are to complicated, glitchy or unnecessary steps. Super dispatch simplifies everything making number 1 in my book for go to ebol. Thanks to the creator's.

Ease of use. Hands down the best ebol app on the market. B.o.l and invoicing all in One place. Simplifies everything making it fast and efficient.

Cons

The only thing i could honestly say i dislike, is no longer being able to create loads manually. Cost of business is heavy on service providers, so the having to pay a monthly fee now for that option.

Overall o like the app and website. Easy to use and understand and I’d recommend it. That’s the only one I use right now when other people told me to get on other platforms as well.

Pros

Ease of use. I think the app does a good job at tracking vehicle/loads and the pictures we have to take at pick up and delivery is very helpful. Makes you scan the vin as well so that’s good. Able to track my finances, payment is also a must.

Cons

The phone app is less helpful when it comes to looking at everything I have access to on the computer version.

I would like more delivery time options. Occasionally, the driver has location services enabled, but the application appears disconnected from the location—perhaps due to areas with poor signal coverage.

I love how everything is done on the app. From the inspections to tracking payments. The inspections are easy to do, and it's easy to send them to the customer.

Cons

The price per seat is a little high. 50 per seat is difficult for a small business; it would be better if we could pay by company size.

Very easy to use easy to read simplistic to navigate. The customers seem to like being able to receive the BOL via email right after the inspection is complete and it’s marked as picked up

Pros

Very user friendly easy to navigate I like the alerts coming through via text I like being able to pick the map system we want to use when we click on the address

Cons

It’s kinda slow with a lot of pictures of the vehicle inspections it doesn’t always bring up the vehicle off the vin number we put in

Easy to use and has been a key part of growing my business to become validated by brokers and the ease of the system to generate all the load paperwork is extremely helpful

Pros

Ease of use, can add requests, appreciate the search filters and automatic alerts, great system prefer to use it over Central Dispatch

Cons

There is nothing I can think of that can be improved, except it would be nice to have a separate section for hauling higher end luxury vehicles

Overall, I like Super Dispatch's load board over many others I utilize on a daily basis.

Pros

Layout of load board; ability to search round trip simultaneously.

Cons

It's difficult to cancel loads when unforeseen circumstances arise. There needs to be a "CANCEL" option. The Unassign option doesn't garner confidence that the load has been removed from the carrier's portal and the broker has been notified.

Pros

It is a all in one software that simplifies everything related to Auto transport. It auto populates most of the information saving serious time and serious money. Quick rundown: Scan vehicle VIN bar code, take pictures to mark damages, have customer sign on your phone, then email or fax them their copy! All this within the app. Every load ever done is also saved and can be pulled up in an instant whether it is from last month or last year. Also, no need to carry paper! Paper is sloppy, gets lost, dirty, and is just not as professional in these modern times. Everything is saved across the cloud and is available from any browser on any computer (Mac, Windows, Linux). It is also compatible with iPhones and Android. Need to upgrade your junk or lost phone? Simple, get your fancy new phone, download the app and login. You are now right back where you left off! Does not get any easier than this. Last thing, Customer Support is top notch. Probably the best support I have received anywhere regarding anything.

Cons

As cheesy as this sounds, there is nothing I don't like about this software. Whenever there was something I didn't like, or thought could be improved. I reached out to support from the app and had a chat with them regarding the issue. It's as simple as sending a text message to someone, and they ALWAYS respond fast.
