In tutta sincerità, l'utilizzo del software è ancora limitata e in azienda è iniziato circa un anno fa il lento processo di migrazione dal vecchio ERP. C'è ancora parecchia strada da fare per utilizzarlo al meglio, anche se penso che anche a pieno regime, riusciremo a sfruttare massimo il 40-50% di tutte le sue potenzialità e funzioni. Pros Il gestionale si presenta con un'interfaccia intuitiva e ha un pannello di controllo molto comodo e configurabile a piacimento. La gestione di diversi moduli e finestre in contemporanea è davvero utile. Il software lascia anche spazio ad una personalizzazione dell'utente per semplificare l'utilizzo e calzarlo maggiormente alla propria realtà aziendale. Il prezzo di acquisto e di manutenzione è sicuramente molto competitivo rispetto alla qualità che viene offerta, sia in termine di prodotto che di assistenza tecnica. Cons Ci sono alcuni aggiustamenti che vanno necessariamente fatti, ma che l'assistenza ha preso in carico per la correzione. In linea di massima non vedo dei limiti o degli aspetti completamente negativi. Fino ad ora, tutto quello che non andava o non era efficace per il nostro utilizzo, è stato prontamente "aggiustato". Gli altri sistemi si rifanno a società rivenditrici che fanno installazione / formazione, etc. I costi di installazione e manutenzione degli altri operatori erano decisamente più elevati. Inoltre tramite personalizzazioni ad hoc è stato possibile creare degli strumenti gestionali in ottica anche 4.0 relativamente alla possibilità di gestire scadenze, corsi di formazione con accesso personalizzato anche lato utente finale. Cons Inizialmente il software risulta meno user friendly rispetto ad altro software commerciali con interfacce più accattivanti. Pros La peculiarità del prodotto è che carico l'informazione una volta sola e la posso gestire in tutte le aree del programma. Ho lo storico di tutte le transazioni commerciali sia per cliente che per prodotto. Ho tutta la catena dei documenti di vendita collegati per cui passo dal preventivo all'ordine, al DDT e relativa fattura elettronica automaticamente. Cons Mi piacerebbe che con l'importazione delle fatture elettroniche di acquisto, si caricasse il magazzino in automatico.
