The format they use is unparalleled! - The added bonuses and connection to Dormie Stay and Play packages added great value to our event. Cons I can't think of anything. Loved the instant reporting of how many golfers/sponsors I had signed up and how many spots were open. Pros consistency with lists and reports QUICK service from the staff when I had questions. Cons price of the credit card charges, but that is likely uncontrollable from GolfStatus. Technology sponsor was too expensive. Jon was assigned to me and was always available. He was always re-assuring me that we are in good shape and kept it upbeat and positive even when I was losing my mind. Response time before and after the tournament was great. Use of the emergency number helped. Pros I love having control over the teams and making changes right away. There are so much more that I see we can do but I didn't dive into it but will surely be more into the system next year. Loved being able to print the lists as soon as making changes. I'll probably utilize the sign options more. Cons I can't really say what I didn't like about it. We had a little hiccup, but it was more user error not being familiar with the system.
