Pros

The customer service, that everything is there for registration, sponsorships, etc. for ease of tracking

Cons

Trouble loading sponsorship images, would like to be able to better manipulate reports and fees

Pros

Using the GolfStatus software system made our event easy to manage. It brought our old paper registration system into the 21st century. I also appreciated the immediate customer support via the chat. I always received help within 5 minutes of requests for support.

Cons

I wanted to have more access to details in the report. Some details could only be added by the customer service representative.

Pros

The software is easy to use and allows instant updates. Also, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was extremely helpful when we added players and sponsors, up to the final day.

Cons

I would like a place to keep record of those who don’t use the software to pay, like people who still write checks. It would be good to have a separate running total which includes checks and cash.

I would recommend GolfStatus to any non-profit looking to make their lives easier. I've used the platform for a while now and I tell every organization that needs help with their golf tournament to use it.

Pros

We love how easy GolfStatus makes it for our organization to set up and organize a golf fundraiser tournament.

Cons

We love it all. I can't imagine going back to conducting our tournaments the old fashioned way.

Excellent experience. The website and app are very user friendly, and account managers are readily available to help with any questions or needs. Very easy to create teams and place them on holes, and download different forms of data for specific needs (showing hole assignments, payment details, player sign-ups, sponsorship details, and more)

Pros

Customer support was excellent, from trials and inquiries to tech support and day-of help.

Cons

My only wish was to be able to make twosomes more easily, and this is a feature they are working on implementing Jan 2023

This is my first time hosting a golf fundraiser and Golf Status May it easier than I could have imagined. The support I received from my account rep was amazing and they help me through every step of the way. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Cons

Nothing. Golf Status did everything that we needed.

The Golf Status platform really helped make our 1st charity golf outing a tremendous success!! The platform helped us coordinate all aspects of the event planning process from Day 1 leading up to the Day of! Easy to use, and has it all! Thanks, Golf Status team - you were awesome!

Mobile site was a little slow, but we were able to use.

Very user friendly, both internal and external facing!

Pros

The tournament management tools are very straightforward and easy to use. The customer support team is also extremely helpful--always able to answer questions and help with more nuanced sponsorship/registration questions.

Cons

Sending emails out through the golfstatus site was rather confusing. It would be nice to be able to see message recipients and more details!

Cons

When adding sponsors from the back end, there wasn't an option to select a specific sponsor. I would have liked the main sponsors highlighted in some way.

Our board was 28 days out from our event and only had 12-16 golfers. We decided to press on. By the day of the event, we exceeded the attendance record. We had 74 total golfers and potential new partners for our non-profit. That would not have been possible if registering were not easy. Golf Status and \[sensitive content hidden\] made the process smooth and accessible. We are very grateful!

Pros

Easy for people to register for golfing or sponsorship. That was huge!

Cons

Only a few little things to work around. Like having to manually add individual golfers to a team. Overall minor though.

Easy to use platform; great value to meet our needs. Customer service was always timely and thorough. Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] every step of the way made the planning process 1000x easier than before. Mobile scoring, sponsorships on the app and the registration process were all mentioned in positive feedback from those who attended our event this year.

Cons

Everything went very smooth. Would be interested in enhancements but not necessary because the product offering is still very valuable.

Outstanding experience! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has a can do attitude that provided everything we were looking for. He was always available it seemed, and led us through a very successful charity golf tournament.

Pros

The ease of use. We are in a senior community that is not the most computer savvy, and they found it very easy and convenient to use.

Cons

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Once they had to do a software update to add a particular entry to our Donation section. That took a couple of days, but then it worked great. The add on was our idea anyway.

Reason for choosing GolfStatus

They presented the best product and design. And even more important was how fast they set it up and brought it on line.
