The reports are very extensive and the leaderboards and in-app scoring make the day fun for our golfers. We saw a great improvement in our sponsorships too! Pros This software made a huge difference in the ease in which we executed our annual golf outing to raise money for our non-profit organization! It is very user friendly and the support team has been wonderful! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is a fabulous asset to the company and is very responsive to every question I have! Cons We did not have any difficulty in implementing the software and I see very few cons. The only thing that would be nice is if the feature existed to put the golf course logo on the cart signs and scorecards in addition to the other sponsors. Customer service is knowlegable and very quick to respond. Cons Not quite as customizable as we would like. Reason for choosing GolfStatus We had used this product for a year for a few of our events on a no charge basis. A rep was always available if not by phone by chat . Kept everything streamed lined and easy to explain to clients. Cons I used it from I pad predominantly and it worked great with that system. We have gotten great feedback from our players. They like being able to register online and pay for add ons before the day (mulligans, raffles etc). I like having our own page and that others can search and find our event on the site even though we don’t know them directly. Pros I love the online capability when running an outing. The customer support by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team was exceptional. Use of the app was very well received by the participants and the course staff. It was our first year to utilize GolfStatus and we will definitely use the product again. Highly recommend! Cons The size restrictions on the logos for Hole Sponsors are sometimes challenging depending on the style and format of the original logos. Pros \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] were very accommodating and willing to set our event up as best as possible to our goals. Cons The software isn’t designed specifically for a golf marathon, so it was a little confusing for some of our donors.
