Dal punto di vista della piattaforma il servizio sembra comodo e conveniente, ma la gestione dei costi e dell'assistenza si è rivelata una grande delusione. Mi sono ritrovata con oltre 800€ di supplementi applicati retroattivamente su spedizioni già consegnate, senza aver avuto la possibilità di prevedere questi costi e senza ricevere una spiegazione chiara su come siano stati calcolati. Per mesi ho cercato semplicemente di ottenere documentazione e chiarimenti, ma sono stata continuamente rimandata tra Sendcloud e FedEx senza che nessuno si assumesse la responsabilità di fornire una soluzione concreta. Per una piccola attività, trovarsi davanti a costi imprevisti di questa entità è un danno importante. Mi aspettavo maggiore trasparenza e soprattutto maggiore supporto da parte di un servizio che dovrebbe aiutare le aziende a gestire le spedizioni, non creare ulteriori problemi amministrativi. Dopo questa esperienza non posso consigliare Sendcloud e non utilizzerò mai più il servizio. Pros L'unico punto positivo è l'integrazione con Etsy, cosa che fanno anche tutte le altre piattaforme di spedizioni. Cons Mancanza di trasparenza sui possibili costi aggiuntivi: dopo aver acquistato le spedizioni sono stati applicati centinaia di euro di supplementi retroattivi, arrivati settimane o mesi dopo la consegna. Ho aderito al servizio tramite una proposta telefonica e non ho avuto modo di verificare preventivamente tutte le condizioni economiche e i possibili rischi legati ai supplementi dei corrieri. Quando ho chiesto chiarimenti e la documentazione necessaria per verificare gli addebiti, sono stata rimandata tra Sendcloud e FedEx senza ricevere una spiegazione concreta. Nonostante l'importante danno economico subito, non ho ricevuto alcun reale supporto o proposta di soluzione da parte di Sendcloud. La gestione del problema è stata lunga e frustrante: ho dovuto dedicare mesi a cercare di capire addebiti che avrebbero dovuto essere spiegati in modo chiaro fin dall'inizio. We use it for labels we can send to customers to return products with. Easily useable and its nice that you pay afterwards. Cons I don't like the fact that the return portal only works with paid plans and that without your own carrier contract the labels are actually more expensive. Sono cliente da circa 6 mesi, e all'inizio tutto andava bene. Poi quando hanno consolidato il cliente sono iniziati i problemi. Ogni fattura vengono addebitati supplementi che loro attribuiscono al corriere che pesa i colli e applica dei surplus perchè riscontra differnze di peso, fra peso dichiarato e peso reale. Abbiamo aperto diversi reclami, sempre inascoltati. Per poter procedere con la risoluzione ti viene richiesta una foto del pacco con tutte le misure e un metro appoggiato che ne dimostri che la misura dichiarata è quella corretta. Ora, ve bene che la stupidità umana non ha limiti, ma come posso avere tali fotografie se il pacco è stato spedito 30 giorni fa? Ad ogni spedizione dovrei fare le foto con il metro appoggiato e tenere un archivio in caso di necessità? Quanto tempo andrei a sprecare per questa attività? Fate molta attenzione perchè i supplementi sono molto alti anche di 30/40 euro a spedizione. Chiaramente abbiamo cercato di stare più attenti possibile per non incorrere in questo problema ma ogni volta si ripresenta e alla fine le loro tariffe basse si rivelano molto più alte di altri corrieri. facciamo ecommerce da 25 anni, quindi non siamo dei pivelli in materia e sappiamo di cosa parliamo. Non si riesce a comunicare in maniera diretta con queste persone e si perde davvero molto tempo a cercare di risolvere i problemi. Ora torneremo al nostro vecchio sistema e dopo l'ennesima presa in giro, li abbandoniamo definitivamente. Pensateci bene! Eravamo clienti soddisfatti di Isendu, ma siamo stati forzati a migrare su Sendcloud in tempi brevissimi. La nuova piattaforma, però, presentava notevoli differenze rispetto a Isendu e mancava di funzionalità essenziali per la nostra operatività quotidiana. A causa di queste gravi carenze, abbiamo dovuto migrare rapidamente verso un'altra piattaforma più adatta alle nostre esigenze. Tuttavia, Sendcloud si rifiuta di riconoscere la situazione e non vuole procedere con il rimborso, nonostante il servizio non sia stato realmente utilizzabile. Siamo pertanto costretti ad agire legalmente per tutelare i nostri diritti. Beaucoup moins embêté avec une assurance externe Cons Beaucoup de perte de colis et de retard, réponse très génériques du service client, avec un certaine ignorance pour d'autres questions, remboursement extrêmement long (6 mois en moyenne) pour les colis gérés sans assurance par sendcloud malgré une responsabilité à 100%, désolant !
