“they charge 70 cents if you bring a package to a pickup point instead of paying them for the pickup service or bringing everything to a sorting centre yourself, this does not show up when calculating the cost and leaves you with a surprise of 70 cents, if you do 50 packages before you notice that and switch to DPD you already lost. And the whole Brexit thing could go a bit smoother when making shipping labels I guess, but I'm sure that will be sorted with time (DPD NP and DP stuff, a bit confusing)“

Overall Sendcloud is a great tool that allows us to streamline our logistics process. It makes sure we are on track on incoming packages and it gives a nice discount on packages as well.

Pros

Super easy if you need to send packages. Makes sure that we are able to streamline our logistic processes, even that we are not e-commerce

Cons

Not as easy to integrate as it only uses API and not Zapier for example

Great experience. We have been using it for over 4 years and we will most likely keep using it for our return labels or occassionally for shipments outside of our fulfilment center.

Pros

Easy to use. We use it for labels we can send to customers to return products with. Easily useable and its nice that you pay afterwards.

Cons

I don't like the fact that the return portal only works with paid plans and that without your own carrier contract the labels are actually more expensive.

### "Totally Useless, Only Sign Up If You Want to Destroy Your Business"

My experience of SendCloud was that they are a bunch of liars that will tell you anything to make you sign up but then deliver absolutely nothing they promised. They negotiated rates with me then after I paid 2 invoices which was what we had agreed the next invoices had a bunch of hidden charges. They were unprofessional, I didn’t speak to the account manager for several weeks due to “partying too much”. The main reason I signed up was a promise about customer support handling customs issues which I asked about 4-5 times and was told not to worry but the first thing that happened was a customs issue exactly what I had described and I was given the number of French customs as customer support. A total disgrace of a company, I would advise to only use them if you want to pay double your negotiated rate, be hounded by debt collectors and have your Amazon business suspend repeatedly.

Pros

I found no pros, they were more expensive and charged for the account as well where the competition don’t charge for basic customer care. Software was no different than other similar companies just hyped up by the sales reps who are complete liars.

Cons

I found a lot of time wasting when trying to get things done, was told that they had integrated software with Amazon but this only worked satisfactorily with U.K. orders but I export to Europe mainly

Reason for choosing Sendcloud

I was promised things others did not have to offer but they were all false promises and actually my original supplier of postal services was miles better in every way. Nothing hidden, better prices, better customer service and communication, overal I should never have changed and if I had not been lied to I would not have

### "Sencloud for webshops"

I really think that SendCloud is the best multi shipping platform in Europe - I've tried several other and the competition far away behind SendCloud. I use it every day and it helped my business a lot. When I started my first webshop I didn't have enough orders to negotiate good shipping rates with courier companies - SendCloud was a solution at that time to offer to my client's affordable shipping costs. 2 years ago we were having maybe 3-5 orders a week, now it is around 5-10 orders a day. SendCloud played a major role in this business growth.

Pros

Amazingly simple setup process. API connection with major marketplaces and with our webshop was very easy. The process of addressing and creating labels for packages became super quick. Exactly what we needed. Issues are solved quickly - customer service is excellent.

Cons

We use SoundCloud now only for EU shipments because SoundCloud at this moment is missing integration with FedEx courier company. I hope it will be added soon that I can use SendCloud for all my packages. We tried a few times to send packages outside EU with DHL but we never succeed with it - somehow there was always some issue with it so we gave up and concentrate on using SendCloud only for EU. However, if integration with FedEx will be possible we will need to look into it again because 40% of all our packages go outside the EU. I am also missing integration with the selling platform Reverb.

Reason for choosing Sendcloud

Soundcloud offers its own shipping tariffs with couriers where many other platforms don't have that option. Send cloud was offering also an attractive free plan with integrations to sales platforms - that will be removed from 2021. I think it is a mistake to do that, I am sure that it will be a reason for many new webshop owners to move to platforms that offer that option because for starters it will be too expensive to pay 40-50 euro every month. Anyway we will still work with SoundCloud because we are now in place when we can afford that.

We really enjoyed the meeting we had before switching to SendCloud. We had a personal Zoom meeting where we discussed our wishes, they showed us how to use the system and they gave us some recommendations.

Pros

The integration with Woocommerce was so easy and took only a minute. The Sendcloud system is accessible and easy to use, the integration with our webshop makes sure the customer info is already filled in and we only need to print the labels.

Cons

It's annoying that they charge for printed labels, instead of scanned labels.

I am very happy we can handle all our shipments in one central system without having to switch from one shipment provider to another one.

Pros

The tool provides a very reliable interface between your sales database/crm and a wide range of shipment providers.

Cons

The UX experience is already quite good, but there is some room for improvement concerning intuïtivity.

We are using Sendcloud as our platform integrated with our ecommerces in Prestashop and Shopify and everything is fine.

Cons

Integrations with more shipping companies in automatic. We are working with Correos Express and we would like to use Sendcloud also for international shippings with another companies.

Very useful tool that makes it easy to manage the chipment of your goods in your region as well as around the world.

Pros

Very stable and reliable interface that links your sales DB and CRM with the shipment providers in your region. Also the auto-creation of labels works very well and speedy!

Cons

Although the UX interface is already quite good, the process to create tickets and send packages could be a bit more intuïtive.

Il sito è ben fatto e lo consiglio per chi diciamo può fare almeno di alcune cose , ma cercano sempre di migliorarsi per dare un esperienza fruibile ai loro clienti .

La piattaforma SENDCLOUD è abbastanza veloce la piattaforma e molto leggera per i caricamenti ecc. e questo ovviamente è un punto a favore per la velocità di esecuzione e rallentamentipari a 0.

Cons

Purtroppo non si vede il titolo e la foto nella parte degli ordini ( non pack and go ) quindi questa cosa tende meno intuitiva la parte di panoramica genarale.

ATTENZIONE AI SUPPLEMENTI CHE TROVATE SULLE FATTURE! Sono cliente da circa 6 mesi, e all'inizio tutto andava bene. Poi quando hanno consolidato il cliente sono iniziati i problemi. Ogni fattura vengono addebitati supplementi che loro attribuiscono al corriere che pesa i colli e applica dei surplus perchè riscontra differnze di peso, fra peso dichiarato e peso reale. Abbiamo aperto diversi reclami, sempre inascoltati. Per poter procedere con la risoluzione ti viene richiesta una foto del pacco con tutte le misure e un metro appoggiato che ne dimostri che la misura dichiarata è quella corretta. Ora, ve bene che la stupidità umana non ha limiti, ma come posso avere tali fotografie se il pacco è stato spedito 30 giorni fa? Ad ogni spedizione dovrei fare le foto con il metro appoggiato e tenere un archivio in caso di necessità? Quanto tempo andrei a sprecare per questa attività? Fate molta attenzione perchè i supplementi sono molto alti anche di 30/40 euro a spedizione. Chiaramente abbiamo cercato di stare più attenti possibile per non incorrere in questo problema ma ogni volta si ripresenta e alla fine le loro tariffe basse si rivelano molto più alte di altri corrieri. facciamo ecommerce da 25 anni, quindi non siamo dei pivelli in materia e sappiamo di cosa parliamo. Non si riesce a comunicare in maniera diretta con queste persone e si perde davvero molto tempo a cercare di risolvere i problemi. Ora torneremo al nostro vecchio sistema e dopo l'ennesima presa in giro, li abbandoniamo definitivamente. Pensateci bene!

nessuno, inizialmente ti seguono bene per prendere il cliente e poi ti abbandonano. Non è un azienda seria

E' impossibile risolvere i problemi! Hanno sempre ragione loro oppure ti chiedono materiale che sanno benissimo che non può essere dimostrato per tutelarsi.

Que se integra fácilmente en plataformas como Prestashop, y ha permitido reducir tiempos y costes en la gestión de los envíos.

Aun faltan opciones a la plataforma para hacerla más funcional, como personalización de etiquetas, filtros en el listado de pedidos y la atención al cliente.

Sendcloud saves me lots of time and money! You can easily access and see all shipping businesses and its prices. It's made super easy to print all in one batch. It connects wonderful with my Etsy account

At first it took me a while to understand everything and how it's used. But when you're past that, shipping and labeling has never been this fast and convenient

Pros

The integration with WooCommerce makes SendCloud so great for me. Once an order has arrived, all I need to do is click on create label and print it. This saves me a lot of time when running my shop. The overal experience and usability is also very good. Definitely would recommend it!

Cons

Not really any issues. Perhaps, it would be nice if SendCloud invoices could be grouped which would mean less admin on my side.

No option for sending letters, the price for small customers are sometimes higher.
