Operations Manager Photography Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Not flashy, but incredibly solid" May 13, 2024 5.0 We love questionscout and recommend it regularly to others. It underpins our business in a significant way and we much prefer it to alternative recommendations. Pros We have steadily (almost without realising) integrated Questionscout into almost every part of our business. We use it to build simple order forms (it integrates wiht payment platforms), surveys, fun little games and more! It is easy enough for my 12-year old nephew to build his own forms to take orders for his side hustle, but sophisticated enough for us to do complex client intention surveys that have been taken by 1000s of people. It isn't flashy - but it just works! The embed options are also very flexible. We can relatively seamlessly use it both as standalone forms and embedded into everything from Wix to wordpress to html. Cons I love the idea of performing calculations, but the underpinning logic here is very complex. It is not immediately intuitive and requires some fairly advanced technical skills. Support is also very slow. This isn't usually an issue as it just works, but if you do want help it can takes weeks to get a reply. " August 23, 2022 4.0 Overall, QuestionScout is an amazing no-code tool for all your survey, pool, quiz, and form needs. Pros QuestionScout is an amazing platform that allows you to create surveys, forms, and quizzes easily. This Typeform alternative offers a ton of features, such as custom domains, conditional logic, a user-friendly form builder, and webhooks. Cons The platform does not integrate videos, which is one of its drawbacks. Pros The templating is very good to customise and scale to your business. Currently using it to survey customers but there will be opportunities to use it within some landing page campaigns at a later date. It is very flexible and has plenty of features and tools I haven't even used yet. Cons It takes a little while to get up to speed with it but the templates can enable a quick survey form to be created in minutes. The support team are also on hand to assist with any queries I've had. Integrates with most of the apps I need it to through Integrately. Great pace at rolling out new features Cons The builder is nice, similar to some other apps in this space - but I feel as though a drag and drop interface would be much more intuitive, and help users leverage more of the functionality. April 3, 2022 4.0 I have some surveys running for feedback on lessons and hadn't built a new one for awhile. When I went to the site they had done all sorts of upgrades that made the experience even easier to use. Pros They keep improving it. The skip logic is easier to use than when I first signed up. The reporting has improved. It can be as pretty or as professional looking as you like depending on the application. Cons When I first signed up it didn't give me a spreadsheet view of the data like Google forms but it does now so I have no complaints. Great templates to build questionnaires, quizzes and surveys 2. Good collection of quesiton types 3. Ability to use conditional logic and score questions Cons 1\. Entrepreneur Telecommunications Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Powerful & easy to use" June 12, 2020 5.0 Pros I had a complex requirement to integrate a questionnaire into an onboarding flow and came across Questionscout. It took me about 1.5 hours to set everything up. I was immensely surprised by how intuitive it was to set up something this complex. I didn't need any support to set up the entire flow and integrate it. When I did need support to help me with an account change, I got a response within minutes and they were able to fix it almost immediately. Cons It really is a very impressive piece of software. However, I did have some minor user experience issues. However, since reporting those they have already been fixed so I have nothing negative to report anymore. I have never ever seen a "logic" feature for free before - and here I am having the best time of my life with QuestionScout. If you guys need a clean and neat survey, yeah, this is the address! This means even if there are errors with wordpress or delivery, form copies are available. I also like the range of forms and the builder.
