The platform was easy to use, offered great flexibility, and delivered good value for money, with responsive customer support to back it up. Pros Smashinglogo guides you through the process of creating your own logo with easy-to-use prompts and suggestions. It offers helpful direction while still allowing you to stay in control and make the design your own. I have two small companies and was able to match the colours and themes for both through the logos. Everything was provided in an easy-to-use format for websites, social media, and printing, (and more!) all at a very reasonable price. Cons The only drawback is that designs are only saved for a limited time. I created a logo but didn’t purchase it straight away, and when I returned later it was no longer available, and I had to recreate it from scratch. That said, I contacted their support team with a query and received a clear and helpful response in under 24 hours. By designing my logo, I was surprised to get so many options and suggestions. The technology is at the top. I appreciate the comments you add after having chosen the icon, the colour, etc Cons I'm not an expert and I didn't immediately understand all the options available. I even needed some subsequent versions of files and their customer reply is super fast. Pros The design tools are SO easy to use. I had my perfect logo within a couple of hours and just had to tinker with it. The AI is very intuitive, so it's easy to remove things and add to your Logo. Cons Nothing. It's the absolute Nuts. Pros The process of logo choice and design was surprisingly easy with plenty of choice including own design ideas. I purchased a number of the additional packages on offer which were very useful. Similarly surprising the after sales service was found second to none; extremely quick and informative. A couple of queries arose and the assistance given was unbelievable in this day and age. I would recommend this company and product. Cons Not a con really because other companies also place addition costs for "add-ons". Some do not charge at all, or raise a very small charge. The additional package costs here were rather high when considering most approaches for services are possibly from new start up, who need help and support.. Pros I used the app, entered my look and feel requirements, and in one minute, I got a flawless logo in every way. Cons I miss the option to include a baseline or brand description below the logo. For example, my logo is for a jazz band, and I'd like to be able to include the names (which I provided) of the band members.
