Everything was simple and straightforward since the beginning. Purchase, logo creation process and customer service fast and responsive. Really recommend Smashinglogo.

Pros

It was really easy to create my logo and the result was very good. Other, I needed customer service 6 years after my purchase and it was great. \[sensitive content hidden\] was really helpful and the company went out of their way to help me.

Cons

Really I didn't anything to be mentioned here. My entire experience was very good leaving nothing to point out.

Very fast and easy. Have been searching for weeks for a great logo that stands out for my business and Smashing Logo was by far the best. Also how it allows you to have watermarks, and other photos in different colours/icon/text

Pros

The logos created are much better than the other A.I apps. Super fast and easy to use and creates logo that look way better than other apps

Cons

The Gifs that I downloaded, i cant use them anywhere on any app on my phone. I can only see the GIF animation in my gallery but when i covert the gif to video, it is a little blurry

Overall, I had a very positive experience. The platform was easy to use, offered great flexibility, and delivered good value for money, with responsive customer support to back it up.

Pros

Smashinglogo guides you through the process of creating your own logo with easy-to-use prompts and suggestions. It offers helpful direction while still allowing you to stay in control and make the design your own. I have two small companies and was able to match the colours and themes for both through the logos. Everything was provided in an easy-to-use format for websites, social media, and printing, (and more!) all at a very reasonable price.

Cons

The only drawback is that designs are only saved for a limited time. I created a logo but didn’t purchase it straight away, and when I returned later it was no longer available, and I had to recreate it from scratch. That said, I contacted their support team with a query and received a clear and helpful response in under 24 hours.

Easy to create a logo, purchase and download the files. Easy to edit after - for color changes etc. and good customer service!

Pros

Smashinglogo made it super easy for me to create and edit a number of different logo ideas. I consider myself a novice in the graphics field but like to be creative. I was able to customize our logo to my liking as much as I wanted. It was also super cool to see suggestions for my design and to see it come to life as samples on a biz card or tshirt. The visuals throughout the process were great! The pricing is fair and I do recommend the top package - delivers a ton of value over the other companies.

Cons

My experience has been very positive! Maybe if I had to pick one thing it would be great to have a live chat feature for general questions.

From finding the site to procuring my logo everything was first class and easy to use. I even needed some subsequent versions of files and their customer reply is super fast.

Pros

The design tools are SO easy to use. I had my perfect logo within a couple of hours and just had to tinker with it. The AI is very intuitive, so it's easy to remove things and add to your Logo.

Cons

Nothing. It's the absolute Nuts. Top quality product. Does what it says on the tin. Great customer service.

Really great quality logos with loads of formats included in the pack. We paid for the lifetime updates and it’s been brilliant — genuinely good value. The support team have always been very helpful too, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] , who’s gone above and beyond whenever we’ve needed anything.

None to report. We honestly haven’t come across any downsides — everything has worked exactly as promised.

Overall a great shopping and learning experience, made all the better by a brilliant product and excellent customer service.

Pros

The process of logo choice and design was surprisingly easy with plenty of choice including own design ideas. I purchased a number of the additional packages on offer which were very useful. Similarly surprising the after sales service was found second to none; extremely quick and informative. A couple of queries arose and the assistance given was unbelievable in this day and age. I would recommend this company and product.

Cons

Not a con really because other companies also place addition costs for "add-ons". Some do not charge at all, or raise a very small charge. The additional package costs here were rather high when considering most approaches for services are possibly from new start up, who need help and support..

Pros

The designs. They 100% look designer made and not main by Ai. The ability to customize what is first presented is also top notch.

Cons

Some of the Ai designs are WILD! Feet with 4 or 7 toes! I know this can't be helped but it is wild!

This is my second logo with Smashing Logo and the process was a positive experience, so much so I highly recommend this company.

Pros

I liked the variety of designs that were presented to me. The most challenging thing was to choose from all the options.

Cons

It was difficult to find out which designer was responsible for a particular style of logo that I liked. It took a long time to reproduce a logo that I previously liked as you can’t save all your favourite designs.

Superb experience with really outstanding quality particularly for the price.

Pros

The platform is so intuitive and easy to use, generating some incredible logos quickly and easily without the complication of working with a designer for days or weeks to achieve the same (or possibly not as good) results. The logo was brilliantly visualised in the mock ups, helping me see exactly what impact it would have on various mediums.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about this product. The only thing I would have liked was the ability to set up an account to save the design while I played around with it before buying. I wasn't sure whether I would be able to find the same design again, so kept my laptop on for several days while I was tweaking it.

Your product was by far the best in terms of quality, value, ease of use, customer support, and a great package overall. Would highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Easy to use. I reached out to customer service about a question I had and heard back in less than 24 hours and \[sensitive content hidden\] was very friendly and gave me the detailed answer I needed

Pros

I love that it is an all inclusive package including the logo with all the different files for different things (social media files, print files, etc.)

Cons

The only thing I would change is allowing users to save their draft designs before purchase. Currently if you close the window on a design and haven’t purchased yet, it does not keep your designs. I had to redo my logo several times as I kept working on it before buying.

Fun, easy and quick.

Pros

They have a set of questions that help to find the right mood for the design. They use those answers to give you a fun starting point image that you can continue adapting to your needs. It is fast and it provides all the types of files that you need to start up a small business.

Cons

The design process can get so personal, that I wished that there were features that allowed me achieving further details. In any case, what you can achieve is good value for what pay.

Pros

I liked the freedom of being able to design a very professional looking logo by myself without having to go back and forth with someone multiple times

Cons

Very little not to like. There are a LOT of features you can play with to fine tune your logo. I am not one to read directions 😒 so it took me a few days to stumble upon a few important features. I cannot say if it is their fault or my fault but that is the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars on a question.

My experience was overall good.

Pros

The platform works great, the preview quality is amazing and all the features is really helpful.

Cons

I would like to suggest more monogram options, initials fonts matching logo names specially letters split letters to allow multiple logo icons colors. Also, the account setup wont allow users to fully log-in, that is not good, i think users should access to the account and have an tab where their logos is saved.
