Purchase, logo creation process and customer service fast and responsive. Really recommend Smashinglogo. Pros It was really easy to create my logo and the result was very good. The platform was easy to use, offered great flexibility, and delivered good value for money, with responsive customer support to back it up. Pros Smashinglogo guides you through the process of creating your own logo with easy-to-use prompts and suggestions. It offers helpful direction while still allowing you to stay in control and make the design your own. I have two small companies and was able to match the colours and themes for both through the logos. Everything was provided in an easy-to-use format for websites, social media, and printing, (and more!) all at a very reasonable price. Cons The only drawback is that designs are only saved for a limited time. I created a logo but didn’t purchase it straight away, and when I returned later it was no longer available, and I had to recreate it from scratch. Pros Smashinglogo made it super easy for me to create and edit a number of different logo ideas. I consider myself a novice in the graphics field but like to be creative. I was able to customize our logo to my liking as much as I wanted. It was also super cool to see suggestions for my design and to see it come to life as samples on a biz card or tshirt. The visuals throughout the process were great! The pricing is fair and I do recommend the top package - delivers a ton of value over the other companies. Cons My experience has been very positive! Maybe if I had to pick one thing it would be great to have a live chat feature for general questions. Pros In a world that needs pictures to use online via a website or social media it is difficult to find images online without breaching other peoples copyright and if you cant afford a designer where do you go to. I found this firm by accident and I am so glad I did. The package is so easy to use it gives me the control to design what I want to do and come up with my own brand image that no one else has. I would recommend choosing the more expensive package as it gives you a full range of images. I was most impressed the way you can just add a word into the box and it comes up with hundreds of images and at the touch of a button you have your design. I cant recommend this product enough! Cons I honestly cant think of anything that I dont like....I am that impressed! Reason for choosing SMASHINGLOGO I needed to create a brand and their choice allowed me to up with a suitable brand and the vista package allowed me to use my images for social media, etc images where you need different interesting images all the time. Pros I had played with some other free logo programs in the past, and the designs, fonts, and particularly the iconography from SmashingLogo was far superior - and perfect for creating a logo that I feel really aligns with my vision for my brand. I had a lot of fun playing with different options until I settled on the right one for me, and I absolutely adore it! Cons I wish the colors within the gradients were editable, and also that - once purchase is complete - you are told where to find your fonts. I had some trouble with finding my exact font.
