For example, my logo is for a jazz band, and I'd like to be able to include the names (which I provided) of the band members. Pros The design tools are SO easy to use. I had my perfect logo within a couple of hours and just had to tinker with it. The AI is very intuitive, so it's easy to remove things and add to your Logo. Pros Smashinglogo made it super easy for me to create and edit a number of different logo ideas. I consider myself a novice in the graphics field but like to be creative. I was able to customize our logo to my liking as much as I wanted. It was also super cool to see suggestions for my design and to see it come to life as samples on a biz card or tshirt. The visuals throughout the process were great! The pricing is fair and I do recommend the top package - delivers a ton of value over the other companies. Cons My experience has been very positive! Maybe if I had to pick one thing it would be great to have a live chat feature for general questions. Similarly surprising the after sales service was found second to none; extremely quick and informative. A couple of queries arose and the assistance given was unbelievable in this day and age. I would recommend this company and product. Cons Not a con really because other companies also place addition costs for "add-ons". Some do not charge at all, or raise a very small charge. Cons \-Explain its policy upfront on the main page with eye-capturing icons, fonts...etc. this would help people like me not to buy before ensuring it's the right design. - Disable registration with buying option. Pros The platform is so intuitive and easy to use, generating some incredible logos quickly and easily without the complication of working with a designer for days or weeks to achieve the same (or possibly not as good) results. The logo was brilliantly visualised in the mock ups, helping me see exactly what impact it would have on various mediums. Cons There isn't anything I don't like about this product. The only thing I would have liked was the ability to set up an account to save the design while I played around with it before buying. I wasn't sure whether I would be able to find the same design again, so kept my laptop on for several days while I was tweaking it. Currently if you close the window on a design and haven’t purchased yet, it does not keep your designs. I had to redo my logo several times as I kept working on it before buying. There are a LOT of features you can play with to fine tune your logo. I am not one to read directions 😒 so it took me a few days to stumble upon a few important features. I cannot say if it is their fault or my fault but that is the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars on a question.
