The logos are very reasonably priced and very easy to customize. All the necessary files are provide. the download process is very simple. Overall 10 stars! Pros The logo options available are very clean, easy to use. The support team are amazing, very helpful in making the tweaks needed to get my perfect logo up and running. Cons none, very easy to use. I didnt have any problems using the application, the process was very simple. April 30, 2020 5.0 Great, see above Pros I am a start up company and changed the name of my company AFTER I payed and received my logo. I asked what I needed to do to change it with the new wording. SmashingLogo changed my company name on my logo, no questions asked. There selection of logos was also awesome.. Cons None, I was satisfied with everything. E-mail communications was a little slow but I think that was due to our locations and wasn't a big deal. They have made changes to my logo and answered all my questions by email, within 24hrs, at no extra cost after my initial buy. Overall, great customer experience. Pros It was easy and quickly to use. Also, the price was fair. Cons You could not play with the layout of the design (move things around) as some other site are offering. They have an enormous catalog to choose designs and logos from so you can easily make a professional logo that suits your purposes. Even more, I contacted customer support about a small change I wasn't able to handle on my own. They quickly got back to me and made my changes on the first try. Definitely would recommend! Pros I got to choose from a lot of templates around a selection I determined and found a logo I am extremely happy with and now use for my company! The colour scheme has also been used in my branding. I tried another company and they required a monthly membership and I wouldn’t be able to own my logo. SL was fun, unbelievable number of options and customization, large number of file formats that are already adapted to multiple uses. Extremely pleased! Cons Maybe too many options if that is a con. Easy to get lost and overwhelmed if you don’t have an idea of what you want. Smashinglogo gave me all of this in one easy package. I misunderstood how the logo downloads different colours and sent an email to support. They answered promptly! Pros The logo creation is a brilliant concept. The fact that you can visualize the logo in a variety of applications is amazing. Also love that you get the same logo in a choice of two colours and that logo elements come seperately. Cons I enjoy everything about this product! I come from a PR and marketing backgound and understand the value of brand creation and what goes into developing a logo. Pros I was quickly able to find a design to work with from among hundreds of possibilities. I loved how I could design away and not be pressured into buying something. By the end of the design process I was happy to pay the full price. Loved the slide show with the design applications. Cons Can’t think of anything that is really missing. Customer service is also quick to respond and very personable. It’s nice to know when you can connect with someone pretty easily. Pros I loved the various options to chose from and the ability to be a part of the creation with my logo. It was really fun going through all of the options and staring what I liked most which helped me narrow down my 2 logos. I also love the option of being able to change it if needed.
