The platform was easy to use, offered great flexibility, and delivered good value for money, with responsive customer support to back it up. Pros Smashinglogo guides you through the process of creating your own logo with easy-to-use prompts and suggestions. It offers helpful direction while still allowing you to stay in control and make the design your own. I have two small companies and was able to match the colours and themes for both through the logos. Everything was provided in an easy-to-use format for websites, social media, and printing, (and more!) all at a very reasonable price. Cons The only drawback is that designs are only saved for a limited time. I created a logo but didn’t purchase it straight away, and when I returned later it was no longer available, and I had to recreate it from scratch. Usually a company has a good product, but lacks in customer intimacy. The fact that they manage to excel in both areas, reflects everything about the way this business is organized. After I purchased the logo for my new company, my team gave positive feedback on everything except the font I chose for the company name. Knowing Smashing Logo offered a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I returned to Smashing Logo designer through my account and attempted to make the adjustments to the font. After I updated the font, I couldn't seem to finalize the modified design and download it with my primary computer literacy skills. I reached out to the company for help and they provided me fast assistance. Highly recommend this company! Pros After comparing multiple logo generating sites, I found that my design options were limited and looked homemade. Smashing Logo's idea generator articulated what I wanted and gave me the most customization options of the different logo generating programs. We love our new logo and received a compliments too. Also, the price point is very affordable for small business owners. Finally, we like how easy it is to get our image downloads. They even have your logos in motion which is fancy. Cons Maybe the option to modify the color of certain elements inside the logo would be a nice feature to have. I know that might be impossible to implement but I would have liked to have two colors in a specific location in my logo image. I would also like the ability to save or store my previous versions in one location. You can mark your drafts as "favorite" but they don't seem to transfer into a favorite file to be found later. Cons It was difficult to find out which designer was responsible for a particular style of logo that I liked.
